The scheduler got my home number, cell phone, and address wrong. When the locksmith didn't show up at the scheduled time I had to call them. The locksmith did come out that same day. The locksmith was apologetic for the mistake the office had made. He was pleasant and professional.

They were very helpful. I was told they would have someone out to the address within 2 hours of my call and they were out in just over 1 hour. Very professional and reasonably priced. During the hour before the locksmith arrived, the renter came back and opened the door. I was only charged the ''trip charge''. I would use them again.

WHEN I CALLED I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED MY KEYS RIGHT AWAY. IT THEN TOOK ONLY TEN MINUTES TO GET TO LOCATION AND HAVE KEYS. THEY WERE VERY FAST. WHEN I CALLED I ALSO EXPLAINED I DIDN'T GET PAID UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY, THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND THAT THEY WOULD HOLD MY CHECK UNTIL THEN. THEY DID DO THAT.
