Rentals - Trucks, Moving
Mr. Thomas Gardiner is lacking any type customer service skills. I was not happy that I had to wait 35 minutes to return my rental on 10.4.11. When I expressed this, his solution was to reply to me in kind. "I'm sorry SIR" was his response to me at least three times when he finally got to me and when I said anything. It definitely was meant as demeaning, and only made the situation worse. The ironic thing is that he spent less than one minute checking me out and closing out my rental. I would offer some suggestions on handling this type of situation in the future, but I'm confident they would not be heeded. I will never rent from this location again, and will make sure that my friends and family also stay away.
