TRI-R-CARPET care is a full service company. All of my employees are IICRC certified [institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certified] We take pride in our work and we always go above and beyond. My company is a member of the AAMD [apartment association of metro denver] If we can clean dirty apartments we can clean your home. We are insured and bonded and a gold star member of the BBB. We take all major credit cards and checks. We do FREE carpet audits and bids. No job is to small or to big. My forteea is cleaning crime scenes. I am the first one in denver to open the heading in the major telephone books, under police crime scene clean up. We have truck mounts in all my vans as well as high output portables for those high rises as well as the rotation method [its a dryer way of cleaning your carpets]. My guy are paid by the hour and not by commission so there is no pressure sales like most companys. WE are honest and reliable. Our prices are fair, we dont have all the advertising costs like the big companys and we pass that savings on to the customer. We do 24hr water extractions and are certified. We have over 75 fans and 10 dehughs. Real estate agents love us as well as the new puppy owner. We can get stains and smells outwhen nobody else can. I am now a member so that I can see what people think of my company. I am so sorry. As you stated in your review I was out of town on a hunting trip. The guys that you were talking about are no longer working for me. My self and my other guys are all trained by me and all have certification with IICRC. I take a lot of pride in our work and I make sure my guys do to. We treat every job like it was our home. I have been cleaning carpets for 27 years and I am a gold star member of the BBB.
