We were happy with the service!

It went very well. They were very courteous and professional. They came out right away after I purchased the deal. If I wanted something else done, they would have charged me. They came out right on time. I had recommended them to other family members.

They responded timely to my initial inquiry t have a tree either pruned or cut down. When they came out for the estimate, arriving timely for their appointment, they provided us both options but recommended cutting the tree down. While the tree was healthy and beautiful, the original planting was too close to the driveway. As the tree grew to 25+ feet, the amount of shearing would kill the tree. We scheduled the removal for a month later. The removal crew arrived timely and performed the work. Their cleanup was incredible and appreciated.

Removed a large p**** willow tree including the removal of the stump. They did an excellent job.

Left several voicemails. Sent an email. Called me back 2 months later. No, will not be using this company.

They were quick, clean and professional.

Superb service from initial phone call requesting an estimate to the final cleanup. Phone calls were returned promptly and the estimator (Paul) and the work crew (Brandon, Terrence and a 3rd man) all showed up promptly as scheduled. They were very knowledgeable and gave much information on condition of the trees, needs, etc. The trimmers had safety gear (goggles, helmet, climbing equipment). Each of the 2 men trimming worked through each tree branch by branch to reduce the size of the trees and promote growth in the desired direction. The final look was a trimmed but natural looking profile. They removed some stubs that I had left from my previous attempts at trimming. The lead man asked us to take a final look around and see what if anything more we wanted done. They did a nice job of cleanup and shredded and hauled the debris. We would definitely recommend this crew from Tree Pros south office in Highlands Ranch. (We live in Lakewood.)

The crew arrived punctually. They removed the juniper and ground down the stump. Crew was friendly and professional. They did their job quickly and did a good job of cleanup afterwards. You wouldn't know they had been there except the juniper was gone. I will certainly use them for my future tree maintenance needs.

They were very professional and friendly. They arrived early on a Saturday morning and did the work very efficiently. I like the fact that they recycled all the tree debris and cleaned up everything so well. I used a 5% discount coupon from Angie's List and they seemed happy to give me the discount. The price was very reasonable and much less than the other estimate I received from another tree company. I am having Tree Pros give me another estimate to trim three large linden trees because I am extremely satisfied with their work. They are pretty booked up because they are such a good company so it took a while to schedule the tree removal.

The price was good. When they were putting the spike in the ground they did hit a sprinkler line, but they had a professional come out and take care of it and I was happy with that. They were very knowledgeable about other trees I had in the yard that they weren't even working on and that was very nice.

I was very pleased with this experience, and my contact person was so nice that I wanted to hire him for other landscaping services we chatted about that would be neat to do later. I chose this company because they were the first ones to respond positively and with a reasonable estimate. There was some delay because of the busy season, and I had a terrible time talking to a person directly instead of through an answering machine, but nothing too out of the ordinary and I was able to schedule service on a day that worked for me. The employees were very active and friendly. My tree came down faster than expected, and even though I didn't ask for stump removal they cut it so low that I thought they had removed it. They also helped out my neighbor when she asked, while their truck was already there. One guy had to stay behind because I was delayed in returning to the house to pay them. He didn't make that seem annoying or awkward at all, and stayed just to chat. In a situation where I was inconveniencing them, he instead acted very relaxed and made the situation comfortable. I look forward to using Tree Pros again!

I was contacted quickly by Tree Pros when I sent them the initial email. I spoke with Paul by telephone and told him I was interested in trimming the tree and also knowing what they thought might be harming the tree, which appears to be slowly dying. I received an estimate for the trimming with a comment that the tree "didn't look happy", a diagnosis that I'd already made myself. I called Paul and left a message that I would like some information about what was wrong with the tree, or a refund of my money, and I have received no further contact. I'm unimpressed and disappointed that they are professional tree folks, but can't tell me something more useful than that the tree look unhappy.

Branches were lying on my roof so they removed them. They cut a lot out of the tree and shaped it very nicely. I shouldn't have to have it trimmed for another 4 years. I was very pleased with their work.

It was fine...they came by when I wasn't home

I could not get them to schedule in a timely manner.Once they came to look at the tree, they said I had to call to be placed on a list. It has been six months and the work has yet to be completed.

Contacted Tree Pros for an estimate to have a stumped removed. They were out the very next day to give me an estimate. Took a couple of phone calls to get the work set up as their scheduler was on vacation, but once we set a date everything was great. They came while I was at work and did a great job removing the stump. I would gladly use them again.

They are really good and they cleaned up after themselves; they are really personable and they were on time; they do the job right and they're excellent! I couldn't ask for better. They used good fertilizers and everything is really healthy. They are very knowledgeable and they are very good with what they do; they have the right product and they have good people; everything about them, there is nothing I can complain. They are fun to be around.

Never reached anyone to discuss the estimate needed.

It was fine. I spent about $400 additional. They did a good job.

They call ahead to schedule the work and came in to cut the tree. The work was done and the clean up was good. They really did a superb job and I strongly recommend it to you all. Great! Great ! Great!

Two visits: first to determine extent of the work and second to actually trim the trees. All of the workers were knowledgeable abput tress, knew what to recommend and followed our suggested requirements. Overall experience was exvellent. Price was right for the job. We will definately use them for future tree ork.
