I called and left a message. After several days, I left another message. I finally heard back and was told they would come give an estimate the following week. I never saw them or heard from them again.

They were great in every respect. I would recommend them.

My front yard has way too many tree! So I decided one had to go. Based on reviews, I chose Tree Pro. I called for a quote and they came by my house within the next week. They left a quote, which I felt was reasonable; and after speaking to co-workers, they felt it was a very reasonable price for my tree. Two young men arrived at approximately 10:35 a.m., and were done by approximately 11:20 a.m. They were very polite and friendly. They went straight to work. If I didn't know a tree was there, I wouldn't know there was ever a tree in the space! They did an excellent job of cleaning the job site. I am very happy with the work. I will probably be using their services again to have a couple of trees trimmed up.

Called left message asking for estimate. Gave it a week, no call back. Called again, reminded them of my past call on this message and got a call back. He said he'd give me an estimate in the next day or so. The estimate was never ever done. This company may do good work, but leaving someone hanging that's trying to just GIVE you business is RUDE. I called Mountain High tree and they were super friendly, responsive, gave me the estimate in a week, put me on schedule and now they get $200/year from me for as long as they do a good job. How hard is that?

I used tree-pros again to cut down two pine trees. The guys were great. Everythiing they took from my yard they recycled. Great company!! I will call in again in the fall to tend to my trees.

I emailed the company to make sure they serviced Erie and then set up an appointment to get an estimate. The estimate was quick and easy and week later I came home to some Bob Ross happy trees.

They had good review on Angie's List, so that's what I chose them. They will be here later in the week to do the work for me.

Paul gave good advice on pruning and told me one tree did not need pruning. A four-man crew showed up at the appointed time and made fast, efficient work on my trees. My wife and I are very happy with the end results! The crew cleaned up nicely and you couldn't tell they were here except for the nicely shaped trees and shrub. I would definitely recommend Tree Pros.

Excellent. They were prompt, responded immediately to my initial call. They did not attempt to hard sell any additional services. They did a very good job and left the work area in excellent condition.

I initiated the request for an estimate by email. The email was responded to quickly and professionally. The estimate was done promptly and professionally. The trimming crew was on time and performed their work exactly as promised and the cleanup was thorough. Highly professional and exact from beginning to end.

I spoke with several other good companies, but Tree Pros are not only certified arborists, but really worked with me to give me an affordable price. For $250, they pruned and trimmed two apples trees and a pear tree. Other quotes were $360 and $450.

Tree Pros technician showed right on time, was professional, and quick to get started. He was able to give me some good advice on the caring of my bushes, and he was very friendly. It did not take long to do the treatment, and I was pleased that every bush was covered under my discounted coupon.

Everything was great. The workers were very knowledgeable, they had the lowest price, and they did an excellent job with the trimming and cutting.

Paul called to make an appointment shortly after I emailed my request. He came out, viewed the damage and scheduled the service. The crew had a flat tire on the way but did call to let me know what had happened. The three-man crew got to work as soon as they got here. In less than an hour they had completed the work, cleaned up the debris and made sure the gate was secured before leaving. The transformation is amazing. I'm looking forward to spring when everything leafs out. Quick, efficient, professional. I will definitely use them again in a couple of years to keep things shaped up and healthy.

They came out to trim my oak tree and did a great job but my neighbor complained about it still overhanging onto their property. When I called them about it, they didn?t hesitate to send someone out to bring it in some more. I also got the tree fertilized on a later date and they left me the bill. I sort of forgot about it due to some personal issues. They politely called and were more than understanding. Awesome experience. I definitely recommend their service and will use them again.

Constant communication between property owners and Tree Pros owner Paul made for a successful tree trimming project.

Paul, was very responsive to email communications, except for some confusion about what was to be done. Everything went well!

My wife and I had a cluster of 3 aspen trees removed from our property and the personnel from Tree Pros, from the estimator to the 4-man removal crew, were awesome! We had 3 estimates performed and overall Tree Pros provided us with the best value. After removing the trees and grinding down the stumps the crew left the entire area cleaner than it was prior to performing the work. We are completely sold on this company and when we need a tree service in the future Tree Pros will definitely be the company we do business with!

Mike and his crew showed up and got to work right away. They were pleasant to work with. Mike is very knowledgable and checked out the health of the trees in the yard and brought to my attention the issues with the pines. He asked my opinion on trimming a few branches. The overall experience was great. I will use their services again.

Overall, this was a good experience. Our trees look healthier already, and the cost was competitive. I'm happy that they were able to provide the service in a relatively short timeframe given the busy fall season, as we had already lost one tree to beetles and some others were showing signs of distress. But their responsiveness did leave something to be desired. They were difficult to reach by phone -- calls to their main number always went to voicemail which they seemed to check only sporadically (quick responses sometimes, no response others). They were also inconsistent in setting expectations ("late this week or early next week" turned into Friday of the following week without communication) for both the estimate visit and the actual service. However, once they committed to a specific date, they followed through as scheduled. Our salesman, Paul, was friendly, professional, and apologetic for the delays. He said that one of their employees was out with an injury, which may have contributed to the problems, so hopefully this is not typical for the company. We received an estimate from another company and found Tree Pros to be very competitive on price. And although we were not home at the time of service, it appears they did a great job. We plan to give them another shot this Spring to remove the dead tree and prepare our trees for the onslaught of Spring beetles. All-around, they were a good company to deal with and we recommend them.

Contact was easy, and the estimate was done within days, and left for us in writing. On September 26, we accepted the estimate. To our dismay, Tree Pros was not available for this small job until October 20, however! This is only the second time I have ever hired a tree service, so I don't have a lot of experience. I don't know if that kind of delay, particularly right before winter, is common. I was a little shocked by the delay, however. Tree Pros did not tell us what time of day they would arrive, however, we did not need to be home at the time, so it didn't really matter. The work was done to our satisfaction, and looks great. We have not noticed any clean up problems, so they must have cleaned everything they took down. Three days before the appointment, I confirmed the appointment by email, and at that time mentioned the 10% off coupon for Angie's List members. The bill left for us is literally a carbon copy of the estimate, so it matches, which is good. Tree Pros charged us only an additional $15 to remove a large pile of tree branches which would have been a lot of work for us to breakup to put out on trash day. I was thrilled with the small charge there! On the other hand, there was no mention of the 10% discount on the bill. Tree Pros allows you to remit payment by mail, so I included the printed coupon and a print out of my email mentioning it with our payment. I will update this review later to clarify whether or not they honor the discount when they run the credit card charge. UPDATE: When I mailed back their form for payment, and included a print out of the Angie's List 10% coupon, Tree Pros did indeed honor the discount. They mailed me a copy of my receipt with a nice note explaining that they had several instances where customers claimed to be Angie's List members to get the discount, but had cancelled their website membership (if they ever had it), and could not produce the actual coupon. Remember to print out your Angie's List coupon, and present it to Tree Pros in hard copy to receive the discount! If Angie's List had a choice for "Maybe" as to whether I would hire this contractor again, I would choose that. If it's another 4-week delay, probably not. If that were just bad timing, a one-time thing, and we can get an appointment sooner next time, then I will hire them again.

Their knowledge stands out to me and I will have them quote again in the future.
