He came out in a timely manner. He gave me a bid and did a good follow up with the estimate of every single tree and the cost so I can pick and choose what I want to get done. I have got a $3000 worth of work to do here. I like them so far. When he came out, he itemized everything so when I looked at I got a lot to be done right here. It really is $3000 but I can look at it and I can have the $1500 worth now and the other maybe later in the fall so it is manageable financially. And they are fine with that.

We were so pleased with their service that we now going to have them come back and plant at least one new tree in our front yard.

Paul answered the phone. That was a big plus! He quickly came out for an estimate and was friendly and professional. His crew arrived later in the afternoon and did a great job.

Was provided a detailed estimate for removal of a large spruce tree. After reviewing several estimates decided to go with another company. The provider was professional and prompt in responding to my request.

I contacted the provider about July 2nd to come out and give me an estimate to trim five, 40+ year old trees and completely remove a Juniper bush on the north side of my home. I knew not to expect an immediate response because of the upcoming holiday weekend, so when I hadn't heard from them by July 9th, I called back to see if I was still on their schedule. They called me back the next day to let me know that their main estimator was on vacation until that Thursday (July 11th), that they were backed up on projects and estimates. She assured me that they would get back to me for an estimate. It is now a week later and I still have not received one call back from this company to see if they'd like to have my business. They could have contacted me after my first call on July 2 to let me know about the employees vacation, and let me know when they would follow up, but they did not make this decision. Then, after I recalled to confirm and estimate appointment, they still have yet to contact me a week later. I chose 3 companies from Angie's recommendations, and contacted all of them on July 2 for an estimation. One company did call me back that day and made an appointment before the holiday weekend to give me an estimate. I hadn't heard from the second company after the holiday weekend either, so I left a message. That company also called me right back and was out to give an estimate within a couple of days of my follow up call. One of the reasons I chose Tree Pros was because they advertised themselves as a "family owned" business. My husband is a private business owner, so I know the importance of shopping local and family.

Crew arrived on time and went right to work. Very thorough in performing the pruning and diligent in cleaning up the area once done. Great group of guys, I will hire them again when the need arises.

The salesman/manager Paul was very nice and accommodating when he came out to do my estimates. I was, however, disappointed with how I was treated from that point on. I live in a town northwest of Denver about 35 miles. I waited several weeks for my appointed scheduled date and received a telephone call the morning of my scheduled day that they were canceling because of bad rain and storms in Highlands Ranch and the Denver area. I let the manager know that weather in my area was good and the rain had passed much earlier with forecasts for good weather the remaining of the day. He said that it was too far to send two guys and a truck to my location and would not be cost effective if the weather turned bad again. Ironically, the weather remained clear the rest of the day in my area, although I reluctantly recheduled for the following week. The day of my appointment, only one person in a pick-up truck showed up to do the work. He was a very nice young man who worked very hard and it took many many hours, but I had expected a two man crew, as the salesman originally said he would assign to my size of job. When I talked to the manager I was again disappointed to hear that the reason he had decided to send only one person to do my job was because he felt it was not financially in his best interests to have two men travel to my location this fa raway. They didn't even load a stump grinder on the truck and so I could not get the stumps removed. The only time I received any immediate attention from the manager it was to call me later that day to tell me I needed to pay the bill immediately. I did not even receive a final invoice (as we now had excluded some services from the original proposal), however based on what had been done I sent out a check the very next day. Overall, Tree Pros made me feel undervalued as a customer. I don't think they should even take jobs outside of Denver and Highlands Ranch if it is too inconvenient for them to service. Lastly, I have to consider hiring someone else to redo tree trimming the same tree in my backyard as several of the branches are hanging so low it hits you in the head.

They did a great job. They were good about calling back for the estimate and scheduling of the work, and they showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well when done. Very impressed with operation.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called Paul and he was able to come out the next day to give me an estimte. I was even happier when he said they had an opening and could do it the next day! The area was left clean, and you couldn't tell they were there (except for the work that was completed).

Wonderfully prompt and professional about removal of dead material. Informed us that they would be back to fertilize the roots of two maple trees in our front yard on another day. Have not heard from them since (12 days since they removed the dead material).

Called me back, then made no effort to schedule a time to meet with me concerning the job. Told me he'd call me one morning to arrange to come to my house at 7:30 because they worked from 7:30 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday. Never called me, never left an estimate, effectively didn't bother to contact me after initail responsive call. I was NOT impressed.

We're just trying to asses what we really got for that, they did put some stuff down and I was glad to have that happen. I didn't see much of a help with the trees, looked to me were needing some additional nutrients and such. It's not one time deal I don't know if you would notice a difference but they certainly came out, they were timely and all of those so far servicing of it . It was just hard to assess whether it was as beneficial as I would have thought. As far as following through, the appointment, the time, did what they came to do; that was the most I could say about it. Probably I will not use them, and that has to do more with me than with them. They need to be more educated on what they actually applying and what I should expect to see.

Overall they provided me an excellent service.

They did a good job and their estimate was lower than others I received. Only had one small problem regarding a tree in the right of way but I appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards.

Very well, a little delayed due to some equipment issues though.

The work was done very well. The dead branches were removed and the tree trimmed up nicely. It looks much better now. There was a lot of debris, which they cleaned up very well. All in all, I'm pleased with the work they did for me.

Mike came out and gave me an estimate. Tree Pros had the lowest estimate of the three I received. I phoned an made an appointment to have them do the work. They came on time, did a great job, and, cleaned up. I would definitely use them again.

The crew discussed what we wanted done for the pruning and were helpful in their assessment of the best options. They were careful during the work, cleaned the debris completely, and we are very pleased with the results.

These guys are great! It took a few calls to get it scheduled, but their price was wonderful for all they did, and the crew was very professional. They cleaned up all the debris and left everything looking great!

It is hard to tell if it is working because it is spring here. They got the job done and it was not flashy. They dropped the ball a couple of times because they were supposed to come out but they did not show up; we had to reschedule. They were mediocre. They were nice people.

Tree pros were great to work with. They came out and gave an estimate, and later came back and took out three threes, including grinding out stumps to yard level. I wasn't home at the time, and they came and went with no problems, and cleaned up well after themselves. I am calling them again for more tree work.

Arrived promptly and got right to work. They were sure to clarify with me what I wanted and asked specific questions about what I wanted trimmed. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
