DO NOT USE- Stole $2450 Deposit and never did any work or refunded the deposit after repeatedly stating they would. Levi Lee is a Con Man and Thief.

his is to alert everyone that might consider hiring Levi Lee with Top Quality Landscape LLC. Run! Run the other way! I would give zero stars if I could. It was one delay after another for almost 4 weeks. Tried to tell me it was my fault but he is nickel and diming his sub contractors both in payment and materials. Calls them his "teams" or his "foreman". Never shows up to help. Doesn't return their calls or mine. Required a 70% down payment which I thought was excessive but after several others were booked out weeks I went ahead and signed with this guy. Obviously he's spent the 70% down payment elsewhere. Final straw today...Wants to pour structural concrete in the middle of a 3 day snow storm and mid to low 30s and he didn't even give the sub enough materials to finish setting forms. Whole project should have been done by the 18th and then the 25th and then last Wednesday. I should have a pile of materials in my yard if he was honest. He's a crook. Don't trust him or his spotless shoes. Doesn't know a hard days work! Instead of 70% I have 20% complete and nothing to show for it! Takes your money and leaves you with nothing!!Unprofessional. He thinks he can just quit and not return any money but he's wrong.
