Dominick (the owner of the company) was very prompt in returning our phone call (we called over the weekend). He first gave us some ideas about how to resolve the issue ourselves, and when those failed we set up an appointment for Monday. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He quickly assessed that our sump pump needed replacement. Up-front he told us the flat rate for his time and labor, and then bought us a good quality pump. He left us the receipt for the pump and explained why he chose this particular pump. He charged us the actual cost of the new pump plus labor. He installed the new pump very quickly, took away the old one, and everything has been working fine. I highly recommend Dominick's company and will certainly call him again for any plumbing needs. I would like to note that I rated Cost a "B" only because I do not know how his labor costs compare to those of another company. But the amount seemed reasonable.
