She came, gave us an estimate, and she send very good people every two weeks to clean. We recommend them. They workers that we use are very good. We love them!

I had Time Creators cleaning my home biweekly for about 1.5 years. At first things were going well and the house was very clean. Vivienne the owner had a crew of 2 women and 1 man coming by. I never had any issues until about 9 months in, I noticed a brand new bottle of prescription sleeping medication had been stolen. I reported it to Vivienne and she basically said, "No way did my crew steal your prescription drugs". I know it was them because no one else had a key to our home and nothing else was missing for it to have been a break-in. Nevertheless, Vivienne comped the cleaning for that week and low-and-behold, the male cleaner suddenly disappeared from the cleaning crew. I noticed immediately after this incident the house was never cleaned well again. The women would leave the toilets dirty and would "forget" to clean the basement. The overall quality became poor. I thought the price was good enough that I didn't make a huge fuss about things being left undone. Final straw....I had a baby and was staying home with my baby. I had some complications and my doctor wanted me to keep my feet up and rest for awhile after the birth. The cleaning women seemed perturbed with me because I wasn't able to leave the house with my newborn during their visits, due to my needing to recuperate and because we were getting lots of snow. One day my husband and I had changed our bedding before the cleaning women arrived and one of the cleaning women became irritated and told me that if I could change the bedding then I should clean my own house. I fired Time Creators after this incident. The crew is so rude and does a poor job and unfortunately the management doesn't seem to believe that the crew is is ever responsible for their behavior..

We know that this was a bad experience for you. Soon after you left our service, we did make some policy/procedure changes. "We did not clean for [member name removed]. He called our office for an estimate but must have hired another company. Our rates are $35 an hour he says he was quoted $350 for 4 hours of cleaning. This is definatley not us!"

It went fair overall. For my purposes, it was just not the service for my family.

[member name removed] orignally schedule bi weekely service but she kept changing and cancelling her service, We cleaned for her 7 times from May to November, sometimes with 5 weeks between cleanings. It is not possible to send the same crew when a customer's cleaning schedule is so eratic."

I've been using Time Creators since mid-December for weekly housecleaning. The first week was a deep cleaning and they managed to get some things, like my microwave, cleaner than I've ever been able to. There were a couple of weeks at the beginning that my kitchen trash, which is kept under the sink, didn't get emptied, but when I mentioned that it wasn't been missed since.
One week I forgot to leave my payment. However, they went ahead and cleaned and just had me pay double the next week. They even change the sheets on the bed if I leave out clean sheets. It's quite wonderful to come home to a freshly made bed, vacuumed carpets, and a really clean home. My home is about 750 sq. ft. Overall I've been very pleased.

Was preparing to move into a house that had not been well kept, so her team cleaned everything from top to bottom including blinds and windows. They were very professional and did a great job.

The house had not been really cleaned in over a year. I asked for a really deep clean. For example I asked them to clean the well's in the window slides. Also, I had them clean the inside of the refridgerator.

I was very excited to have Time Creators come clean our home, as they were referred to me by a friend, and being pregnant and pretty sick during my first trimester I had been able to keep up with cleaning. Initially, I set them up as our regular cleaning service that would come every two weeks while my husband and I were at work. I thought this would be best, as then both my husband and I would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. The bid process was very easy, and Vivienne (the owner) was very thorough in her description of the services that would be provided. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of my home after each of the cleanings. However, it was also clear that the cleaning crew was doing a little less cleaning each visit (e.g., leaving towels in the dryer instead of hanging them in the bathroom as they did on the initial visit). The issue of fewer items being completed than we discussed was not too much of issue or anything that I ever would have complained about.
The real issue with this company stems not from the quality of the cleaning but from the professionalism of the staff. Specifically, on the third time that my home was cleaned the cleaning crew, who came while both my husband and I were away at work, left our back door open and unlocked. So at five months pregnant, I had to walk into my home thinking that perhaps a burglary had ocurred, or worse, was in progress. When I brought this issue to Vivienne's attention she handled it very awkwardly and unprofessionally. In sum, I asked that the cleaning crew who left the door unlocked not ever return to my home and another crew clean my home. To this, Vivienne responded that she would no longer be willing to clean our home. My husband is furious about her response and I am disappointed and once again stressed out about the cleanliness of my home.
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF SAFETY IS A CONCERN OF YOUR'S.

It went really well. The first time Vivienne came with her ladies and explained everything, left for a while then came back and helped finish up with them and double checked the work. We made arrangements to have them come back in two weeks and they still did a fabulous job. Vivienne was on time for both the estimate and the cleaning. A 3 team cleaning crew spent 3 hours cleaning my house intially, includng kitchen walls, behind the stove/oven, baseboards, bathrooms and hardwoord floors and carpets. They returned the next day (at a last minute request) to clean my windows outside both up and downstairs. A great value for the initial cleaning and a great job. Finally, a clean house!

Everything went very well. I had some questions as I thought something should have been done that wasn't. I e-mailed Vivienne---after a misunderstanding on MY part about how we were contacting each other. Vivienne answered all of my questions and sent a crew back the next week to tackle the missed items (nothing big). Vivienne and I are working on a cleaning problem---I have a wood floor that every product used has left streaks instead of a shine. Strange surface. We're working together to see if we can figure it out. Overall I have had a WONDERFUL, professional experience with Time Creators. It is SO NICE to come home to a clean, dust free home. I have other things I'd rather be doing than cleaning after working 10-12 hours every day.

Called three service providers - Vivian of Time Creators was not only the first to respond, but also the most professional and most flexible in date/time to come by for initial view of house to prepare a quote and to meet my dogs. Today her team came by and did the "initial clean" of my place before starting bi-weekly cleaning on an ongoing basis. My house is so clean I may never leave! They did a FABULOUS job and I am delighted to have hired them!

One the plus side, the cleaning staff showed up on time and were fast. They went through the whole house and cleared cobwebs around the edge of the ceiling. On the minus side, there was a certain amount of lack of attention to detail. For example, on one visit they shined one of the faucets on the bathroom sink, but forgot about the other. Compared to other housecleaning services and individuals that I've patronized, they were about in the middle of the pack regarding both price and quality of work. I was surprised that when I left a message to cancel after two visits, they never called to ask me why.

My monthly housecleaning was missed right before a holiday when I was to have company and when the cleaning was done it was done very poorly. My floors were not cleaned and my downstairs was not cleaned at all and I was sent a bill for a full cleaning.

"THIS CUSTOMER IS CORRECT IN THAT WE CLEANED HER MAIN LEVEL AND NEVER CLEANED THE BASEMENT LEVEL, IT WAS OMITTED IN ERROR. WHEN SHE CALLED TO ADVISE ME THE NEXT MORNING, I APOLOGIZED AND TOLD HER WE WOULD BE BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO RE CLEAN HER HOUSE. SHE SAID FINE AND THEN CALLED BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER TO SAY SHE DID NOT WANT US BACK AND THAT SHE WOULD PAY US FOR THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED. IF CUSTOMERS DO NOT PAY US ON THE DAY OF CLEANING, WE MAIL AN INVOICE TO REMIND THEM TO PAY. THIS DAY SHE HAD FORGOTTEN TO LEAVE US A CHECK SO WE INVOICED HER BEFORE SHE TOLD US NOT TO RETURN. HER HOUSE COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN CLEANED BEFORE THANKSGIVING. AS FOR THE COMMENT ABOUT THE HARDWOOD FLOOR NOT BEEN CLEANED, THEY WERE CLEANED (VACUUMED AND MOPPED) BUT WHAT SHE OMITTED TO SAY IS THAT SHE HAS 2 VERY LARGE SHEDDING DOGS THAT WERE UNDER OUR FEET WHILST WE WERE TRYING TO CLEAN. SHE WAS PERFECTLY HAPPY WITH OUR CLEANING UNTIL THIS EVENT. I HATE TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER AND TAKE EACH COMPLAINT PERSONALLY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS OUR FAULT. I TRY TO LEARN FROM EACH EXPERIENCE SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO IMPROVE MY SERVICE."

Vivienne Lloyd is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I have referred Time Creators to a number of friends and family. Vivienne arranged for 3 really hard-working women to clean our home and then had 2 return on several occasions. During the initial cleaning, I was not close to being ready and I had things everywhere. I really slowed the process down, but Vivienne never charged me anything more than her initial quote and then she had 2 people come back and do more work and never charged me. During this process my mother died, and Vivienne and her employees couldn't have been more kind or sincere. They brought flowers and didn't bug me when I was too depressed to pay bills. I don't think I could recommend a company more. From the "we can help you with anything" attitude to the professionalism, thoroughness, timeliness, cleanliness, and genuinely kind people. Vivienne even offered to pick people up at the airport. They just took care of us. Thanks.

I have been using Time creators for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed in their services. They are prompt in their appointment and do a thorough job. It is easy to reach them and make an appointment since they have a separate person there just to answer the phone and take care of that.
