Tim Gantz Lawn Care

We hired this company to cut the grass and care for the yard. They showed up every Friday to cut the lawn. Sometimes they bagged the grass, sometimes they did not. Sometimes they edged, sometimes they did not. When I called Mr. Gantz, he always apologized and had an excuse about getting his crew to do good work. After the hail storm, I asked him to have his crew come out and clean up the mess. They did come out and blow it all into the street, which my neighbors did not appreciate. I called him again and they returned to do a better job and HE THEN CHARGED ME $75 TO DO A BETTER JOB!!! Even the basic job of cutting my lawn was done poorly. It was not unusual for them to miss cutting a patch of grass. I was prompted to write this review after I spent 3 hours picking up leaves this afternoon. Mr. Gantz excuse for this, he hadn't hired his leaf crew yet. Early in the season, I actually made the mistake of referring a colleague to Mr. Gantz. The colleague fired Mr. Gantz after just a few weeks.Cut

The guy is just very professional.  If there's any problem, he sends an email ahead of time to let you know.  He is very reasonably priced, very personable and very professional.  I would definitely use them again in the future.
