I found Dave and his team through a Google search, and chose him because he had so many positive reviews.  Well the reviews didn't lie, it was truly a great experience!  We reached out well in advance of wanting to start looking at houses, just to get the process started.  He then contacted us, almost immediately, to introduce himself, and explain some of their successful strategies.  He didn't put any pressure on us to get out there to look.  Once we were ready to start looking, that process was extremely professional, and again, we felt no pressure whatsoever.  Courtney did the showings with us, and was as pleasant as you could ever wish for.  She pointed out some flaws in homes that we would have never even looked for.  Once we found a house, Dave did all the negotiations on the price with the broker, and ended up getting us into contract for a few thousand below what we expected to agree to.  I've been going out of my way to tell friends about Dave and his team.  Also, I rarely write online reviews, but felt so good about this experience, I wanted to share it.

I am in the Real Estate business in Chicago and Dave Ness is simply the best agent I have ever worked with. I met him when I first moved to CO and was renting. I was considering a purchase option on the house I was renting and wanted to gain market knowledge quickly. I was upfront with Dave about my intentions and he spent a significant amount of time educating me about the CO market even though he was likely not going to receive a commission. Fast forward three years and he helped us secure a home that was perfect for us! Importantly, he brought deep expertise and creative ideas to the table to help us negotiate a fantastic deal in a seller's market. He is smart, kind, trustworthy and a great listener. The icing on the cake is that he has a huge network of high-quality contractors, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and more. I unequivocally recommend Dave as a buyer's agent and will definitely use his services when it comes time for us to sell.

For the first time in selling a property, I felt like I was in the 21st Century.  From the use of "Coming Soon" on Zillow to the blitz of listings on the internet, to the use of software which allowed me to see showings scheduled and feedback, I was very connected with the entire process.  Dave seemed to be very aggressive in marketing the property and the result was a sale in THREE DAYS at more than listing price.  Dave's team was equally efficient and I enjoyed working with them, even though that time was short. Both Dave and his team responded to my questions immediately, no matter the day or time.
