Window Cleaning
This company does their bid over the phone. After answering a few questions such as: house size, number of windows, if a ladder will be necessary, garage windows, etc. he gave me a bid of $260 which is slightly less than I usually pay. A date was then scheduled in just over a week. The cleaner arrived on time, was very pleasant, and cleaned the windows to my satisfaction.
