Scheduled a service with this company for a Thursday. The initial setup of appointment was easy (also friendly). Come Thursday, my appt was cancelled at the very last minute; they informed they would be back Monday morning. Though I was highly annoyed by the short notice (as I had to arrange someone to be at my home), I understood. Sunday evening, the night before, I received an email they would only be able to do the evening, and not the morning after all. I emailed back this wouldn't work, and expressed my irritation about the short notice and lack of consideration for my schedule. Pam was unapologetic, rude, and was overall annoyed by my correspondence. She even denied the fact the service had been rescheduled for Monday morning. This company seems to be stretched thin, and clearly does not care about their clients. I have found a new company; they will be taking care of my sprinkler blowout as well as some sprinkler repairs in the spring. Do yourself a favor and get a more professional service.

Dan called me the same day I left a message and set up an appointment for two days later. He gave me a rough estimate of $250-300 on the phone. His man called me when the repair was finished and the price was $150. happy. He had to dig up the housing so he could get at the valve and had to replace the whole PVC manifold for the two valves and drain. When I got home, He had replaced the housing and actually raised it to be flush with the grass instead of sunken below grade. I'll be using him to blow out my system before winter and then again in the spring to make adjustments to the system.

He fixed all that was broken, and upgraded the types of a couple of the sprinkler heads so they'd provider better coverage.

I scheduled an appointment for 7/5/13 at 8:30 am, way in advance.   I told the lady answering the phone what needed to be fixed and was advised someone would get it fixed Friday morning 7/5/13.  I called at 9:40 7/5/12 to see why they had not showed up and received a callback at about 10:00 saying they were on another job would be at my place in 20 minutes.  Dan Stifflear showed up at 10:30 with a young boy.  I showed Dan Stifflear what need to be fixed and he told me that since it was Friday and he wanted to get off early he would come back on Sunday.  He then said he had a cancelation for Saturday at 8:30 am.  He agreed to return at 8:30 am and get the system working.
While there they dumped a lot of smelly trash in my container without asking and the trash had been picked up for the week.  So after waiting weeks I was left with smelly trash and a no work being done.
I never seen or heard from the sprinkler guy at 8:30 on 7/6/13.  At 11:00 I see his truck in front of my house.  I learn from him he was on my property casing the place.  He told me I owed him money.  He was very angry, hustle threatening and attempted to extort money from me with threats.   I am an elderly woman and was the only one home at the time so the event had me very scared.  I attempted to call his office to see if they could address the issue and the number was disconnected.
So now all the members of my household have to let the neighbors know to keep an eye out for this scary threatening man when
they leave so the police can be called if he comes back...  On Monday I will need to file a restraining order and get an attorney to protect my property.

Dan and his team showed up on time and were very professional.  Although it didn't work out economically at the moment for us, he offered some very helpful information and performed some small fixes at no cost.  I will definitley use them for whatever sprinkler system needs I have in the future.

Could not have gone better. There was 2 workers in case there was a problem. Very professional.
