I took my car to them to get my motor replaced. My car was just sitting and nothing was getting done so I moved it to another shop to get fixed. I had given her a payment in advance for 650 and when I removed my car from her shop she cut me a check as a refund for the early payment in the amount of 650. Three days later the check bounced on me. We went back to get another one and she told us to just deposit it again and the funds would be their. Well we did and it bounced for a second time. Now she will not answer my calls. I would expect this from a mechanic on craigslist that works out of his garage but not a mechanic that has a big client base.
OW and my problem is not with the kind of repairs she does its with her costumer service and well taking money that does not belong to her.
