The subcontractors were found not to be licensed. The work had to be ripped out and re-done. The money was paid on our end and then the products were not ordered. Cabinets were paid for in full and then they never placed the order but took the money. After the fact, we now know that they both have criminal records. (Nanci Strickland or (Degelman), Alex Degelman).
