+ 0 moreThe subcontractors were found not to be licensed. The work had to be ripped out and re-done. The money was paid on our end and then the products were not ordered. Cabinets were paid for in full and then they never placed the order but took the money. After the fact, we now know that they both have criminal records. (Nanci Strickland or (Degelman), Alex Degelman).
Description of Work: We were doing a whole main floor remodel including the kitchen, and then refinishing the whole 1500 sq. foot basement. Have since found out 7 outstanding law suits against Nancy Stricklen or Nancy Deglman & Alex Degelman in the state of Florida. In the state of Colorado we know of 3 other people who were ripped off as we were for lesser amounts in the vacinity of 10 to 12,000. Alex Degelman may be started up again under a new name office now located in larimeer st. Denver area, Nancy Stricklin(Degelman) is doing business under at least one other name as far as we know Custom Cabinets design solutions. Nancy has been portraying herself as a sales rep for Cuisine Laurier a Canadian based cabinet co. and a cabinet co called 6 square. She will ask you to pay for cabinets up front companies are COD if you see either of these two people who are mother and son RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! They are criminals and do both have criminal records. Burglary and a whole list of others.
