As I said, Phillip arrived on time. We briefed on the work needed to be done. He got to work right away and stayed focus the repairs.He provides quality work at reasonable prices. He is friendly and professional.

The back yard fence between my house and my neighbors was sagging seriously. It's a standard 6 foot wood privacy fence and over 20 years old. Two of the 4x4 posts had had rotten out at ground level and the winds had caused a serious bow in the fence.I searched Angie's List and call The Handymen. Phil called me back the same day and I described the issue to him. His suggestion was to place new 4x4 posts next to the failed one and leave the failed ones in place. This would minimize the cost. We set up a day for Phil to come out and do the work.I had to reschedule the work due to other commitments. Phil was very easy to work with and was flexible with my schedule.We rescheduled for today. I purchased the 4x4 posts and the Quickcrete that was needed and everything was ready when Phil arrived.Phil worked quickly and did a fine job. The fence is back to like-new.Phil showed up on time, did what we agreed on, at the agreed price. I would definitely use The Handymen again.

It went well.  He was courteous.  He let me know when he could come.  He gave me a estimate.  His price was decent.  He was the only one that told me to call to make sure the water and other utilities wouldn't be compromised, which is a safety measure and a safety inspector came.

The Handymen was here about a week and a half ago.  I spent $315 and got a light installed for $112.00.  It seems like they have a large network of servicemen.  I think the mark up was a little bit higher than others though.  Convenient scheduling is the best part.

.We recently purchased a new home and wanted to have a few minor things taken care of before we moved in.  Philip responded quickly to my initial request and was flexible with availability.  I was going to be out of town for work during the week, so I communicated to him that my mother-in-law would be able to come by to let him in and then come back by when he finished. He communicated he was comfortable working on his own in the house and that it wouldnt be a problem.  
He arrived promptly when he said he would and I talked through on the phone the issues we needed to have fixed as he walked through the house. I didnt give him any specific guidance on what we wanted done to repair certain issues, but told him to use his judgement on what should be done.  He worked extremely efficiently and completed the work in less time than was expected.  We were very pleased with the work and will be using Philip again for any future home repairs!

Arrived promptly and had everything he needed.  He had emailed me before to take a picture of the faucet I wanted repaired because I couldn't tell him the brand.  That enabled him to have just the right part.  He was so fast that the whole list of things I compiled, he completed in less than an hour and I thought it would take the whole 2 HR min!  He was quick.I would make a long long list next time.

I had an excellent experience and hired them two more times since my first project.  The service is prompt, efficient and reasonable.  I will continue to use them and highly recommend The Handymen.

He was on time.  I showed him all the problems.  He quietly and professionally did the repairs.  He went to Home Depot to buy a fan motor and brought the receipt back.

I knew what to expect before I even talked to him.  His charge was exactly what he said plus the cost of the replacement part.
When talking to my son later, I told him that was the best $112 that I ever spent.  I'm so please to have all these things working again.  

The gentleman arrived a little bit late but I didn't feel that it was a big deal since my building can be hard to find.  He was professional, friendly and did a nice job.  He consulted with me about the shower curtain rod before installing it.  He also was nice about moving the mirror after I had told him that I didn't like where it was placed. 
Overall, the job was hassle-fee and the price was fair.  I would definitely use them again. He was there just under 4 hours and didn't mind that I was at home working (in my teeny, tiny apartment).  He was very polite, didn't make a lot of racket and treated my home with care.  I just noticed this morning that he even fixed the part on my kitchen sink where the dish washer tube connects to the garbage disposal which I hadn't thought about. He also saved me some money by using the existing parts and wires for the garbage disposal and repairing a track light fixture, both I had purchased parts for because I wasn't sure if he'd need them and now I can return them for a refund.
Good experience, again, hassle-free, he was able to give me a good ballpark estimate for the work over the phone and saved us both the time of giving an estimate in person.

Our phone message was promptly returned & we were able to schedule the repair quickly. Phillip arrived for the appointment promptly & completed most of the repairs. It was pretty snowy & windy that day, so he didn't do the outside shutter repair since it wasn't safe. But, he did come back another day to fix the shutter & he didn't charge us the service fee to come out to the house. We had a good experience & will use him again if needed.

Phillip has helped us numerous times both at our home and rental property, and he always does an amazing job!  He is always on time, and does all projects efficiently and very professionally.  Last week he helped us get our rental house ready for new renters (new caulk around tubs/showers, remove nails from walls and repaint, replace smoke/CO detectors, stained a part of the deck), and the house looks wonderful now that he is done!  Phillip is very conscientious, and always does a great job!

My initial phone call was returned within a few hours and we made an appointment right then.  He showed up on time and was very professional and the quality of work performed was great. I would definitely call again.

It was a relatively simple job but I will not use them again in the future. I have a friend who can do it cheaper.

The handyman came in and evaluated the situation, then went and purchased the parts.  He came back and did the repairs.  He did what he said he would do, and the price he quoted me was right on.  I was very happy with his price, his work and his personality.  I got his business card from him, because If I ever need any work again, I will call him.

Great. The weather stripping installed by another handyman service ended up being so poor (several short pieces which started peeling off & were unattractive), but The Handymen fixed it wonderfully. It looked MUCH better. With all the repairs he did for us, I told him I was interested in how it looked and wanted him to spend enough time so he could attend to the details and ensure it looked nice. He was still very efficient and didn't really take a long time on any of the jobs. But I was pleased with the quality. He worked quietly and efficiently. I would definitely work with him again.

Communicated with my tenants to remove a wasps nest from the property.

Highly recommended. Responded quickly. Went with me to Lowes to find door hardware he needed. Worked steadily. Personable. Cleaned job sites well. Meticulous. I will use him whenever I need any handyman work done.

Phil was prompt, professional, and a very hard worker. Although he has a two hour minimum, he works the entire time.

We really like them a lot. We have used them for several jobs. They can get more done in two hours of time spent working than I can even believe. I give them the highest ratings possible right across the board.
