"This project was completed over 2 years ago. Four star review is unusual for our company, and so i was curious to call Sean back. Luckily he answered the phone and kindly shared his concern. Him being not fully happy with our service was in regard to the pricing he was offered on a follow-up project and not the work we've done for him originally. We do have minimum charge for the service, which applies even for the smallest projects."
