Bathroom Remodel
The contractor was helpful, creative, very conscientious and easy to work with throughout the entire building process. He offered great suggestions and alternatives, was flexible and very capable. We completely renovated a bathroom that had mold. The damage was beyond what we thought, and Leo rebuilt the base floor and walls and completely finished a brand new shower and floor. Tile work is great! We continued to renovate the kitchen because Leo was so wonderful to work with. The kitchen is also perfectly done!

Bathroom Remodel
Eagle Design did a great job. I had the tub removed, the walls and floor tiled and a new vanity and toilet. The price was reasonable.They were fast and efficient, careful to clean up before they left. Leo was willing to help with anything I needed and I would use them again. They go the extra mile. Everything looks great, I love it.

Bathroom Remodel
Not finished, abandoned - workers were unsupervised. Drywall work was quite bad, not straight, tile work was better, but all irregular tile work (river stone specifically) was offset so you could clearly see the lines between the units. Same with the slate. Some areas still have grout on them, not wiped off. Shower stall edge is tilted outward so water pours onto the floor while showering. Bathroom counter was measured and cut wrong, quartz abandoned at my cost. 4 stars on customer service because we realized in the middle of the night that we had ordered and provided him with the wrong tiles, and Leo got up in the middle of the night and lifted the floor before it set. Totally my fault.

"First of all, (consumer name withheld per their request) did not pay the full price considering the hard work that was put into his house. He owes me approximately $1400 after tax. Looking at the work that was done, the drywall was done correctly including the texture. As for the river stone it can't be straight because it comes uneven on the mesh (river stone is natural stone). We never installed slate, but veneer stone instead (for free) and that stone is not made to be grouted, therefore there is no grout to be wiped off. The bathroom counter that was "cut wrong" wasn't included in the cost in the first place, and I paid $700 for that specific stone out of my own pocket. As for the workers, they were not unsupervised, I was at the site the entire time with my licensed electrician, plumber, etc. Lastly, after coming back to the site in the middle of the night, I ended up re-installing the floor tile, free of charge."

Bathroom Remodel
I would recommend Leo for a bathroom remodel. He did a good job. He is reasonably priced and is very accommodating. If you need anything, Leo will return, without question or hesitation, to insure you, as the customer, are satisfied. I would use Eagle Design again.

Bathroom Remodel
Leo was great to work with - always responsive and on time. However, he is a tile setter.....not detail oriented. I had to ask him to install thresholds from the new tile in the bathroom to the hardwood floor in the hallway. Also had to ask him to rehang the bathroom door in the basement. He removed it to install the tile floor - then did not put the door back on! He is more than willing to come back and do what you ask...,but some things should be automatic....I should not have to ask to hang the door and install a threshold! Tile work looks great although there is some dirt in the grout that probably shouldn't be there. Leo made things work in a difficult environment....good value for the money.

"I don't know whose review this is because it`s not signed and I can`t remember anyone reminding me to finish any parts of my job, but I have to explain: I'm not a tile setter (I'm a General Contractor) and doors hanging and thresholds we install last. That is standard procedure, so everything would be finished without you asking. I also can`t understand how work can look great and be rated 3 out of 5."

Leo was very responsive and easy to work with. He is an artist and his talent comes through. He retiled our shower and bathroom floor and we could not be more pleased. I'm very excited to work with Leo in the future, near future, as we would like to have our fireplace tile redone. Additionally I look forward to passing his contact info along to others needing some tile work. Recommend Leo highly as well as his colleague Nic.

Very timely and reliable. Installed marble tile on the floors and walls, did drywall work (only complaint would be the drywall could have been cut closer to outlets boxes. I had do some repairs to get outlet covers to cover the holes). Also hung the vanity and trimmed out a window. I will hire again for our next bathroom remodel

These guys were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They were up front when the project was delayed a few days but that was no big deal to us at that time as they would still finish when we wanted them. Only issue is that some of the tiles don't appear to be totally level at this point which has been starting to annoy me and now i fear some may crack in the future. Not sure why that is as they seemed level when they completed the install.

"Due to the age of the house and the crooked original floor, it was almost impossible perfect the floor tile. In addition to that, the type of stone tile we used has a different thickness. As the tiles age, they will not crack because of the expensive material that we used, and the amount of glue that we used.... In any case, just like I promised, you have a long warranty on our work. Leo was quick to respond after I contacted HomeAdvisor looking for a contractor to do some tile work. Leo contacted me the same day and actually started the job the very next day. He was professional and kept me informed of how he planned to design the project. He gave me his professional option, but continued to get my input...he didn't assume anything. I was very satisfied with the work and plan to use him again in the near future on a couple of other projects.

The owner of the business, Leo, is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is experienced, knowledgeable and highly skilled/talented in bathroom/kitchen remodeling. Leo and Nick were very professional. Leo gave us a bid, and when the job was complete they collected the amount that we had agreed upon, which was well below other bids. This is noteworthy considering the exceptional quality of their work. They are skilled craftsmen; they installed tile in our sunroom and slate over our brick fireplace. Both jobs look amazing, and the fireplace is a work of art. In addition, they are both excellent at design. They helped us with both jobs, and we are so glad that we went with their suggestions. Also, they were courteous, punctual, and clean.

Excellent! Custom steam shower tilework is fantastic. Tub and floors are great also. They provided suggestions that enhanced the project. Very professional, hard working. Worked around our scheduling issues. Will work with them again.

These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was right and the work was OUTSTANDING. Leo and Nick helped in picking out the granite counter top and made suggestions about the floor tile and backsplash. We are planning another project shortly and will be having Eagle Design back in the near future.

I'm extremely happy with the work Eagle Design has done in my home and would highly recommend them for any remodel. Leo and Nick had the job done on time and exactly as promised. Tremendous care was taken as if they were meticulously remodeling their own home. The estimate was spot on with what I paid and their prices were extremely competitive. Given the quality of work I would've happily paid more. It was like coming home to a new home! Exceeded all expectations!
