We had a back yard completed by Keith Anderson and his crew from Terra Bella a few years ago.  During the sales process, everything was great!  He was cooperative and professional.  We signed the contract and went forward with the work.  I will say his crew was for the most part professional and knew what they were doing.  We did have some electrical lines which were cut as well as sprinkler lines, all which Keith said would be fixed.
About  a month into the process, Keith literally turned into a different person.  When we asked him simple questions about the project such as stucco colors, electrical questions, he became almost belligerent.  The city inspectors had to come several times because he never completed the roof of the portico to their satisfaction.  He kept saying that the roof had been approved when it had not.  He wrote profane and almost threatening emails to my husband.  My husband finally had to hire an attorney to make sure that he would complete the work at the price stated in the contract.  He was very intimidating and unprofessional.

We hired Terra Bella in early April to do a fairly extensive job on our landscaping. It was probably 20% overpriced. The quality and "vision" was good. However, it took six weeks longer than they had promised largely due to the fact that they typically only sent 1-2 people to the site on any given day. In addition, they were highly unprofessional: - there was little attention to detail and it took several times of telling them something before it sunk in - their workers peed on our neighbors fence and were seen by our neighbor's daughter - they left cigarette butts and bottles of beer (taken without asking from our refrigerator) all around the property - the owner of the company entered our house without knocking or asking and scared our children - they refuse to do any warranty work despite being paid in full - the owner sent us extremely profane emails and used physical intimidation tactics Overall, i would say there are numerous other quality landscape companies in Denver (we have experience with two others in the past who were both great) and i would highly recommend staying away from Terra Bella as we hope other families don't have to go through the same problems.

As with most projects and the sales process, it started off fine. As the project got underway, normal problems came up with the project; however, the owner's attitude and lack of accountability for rectifying situations was totally unprofessional. We had broken sprinklers, cut electrical lines and damage to our lawn. While we thought this would be fixed as a result of the project requirements, the owner was less than helpful. It got to the point where we were afraid to even talk with him during the project. Everything finally did get completed, but not without a lot of stress. His day workers were very good. It was his professionalism that was in question from almost the start of the work.
