TV Repair
Overall a good experience although it seemed to be a long wait. The gentleman that took care of me at the desk was pleasant. When I dropped off the unit I was running a little late. I called and explained I would be there 5-10 minutes after closing time, he said they would wait for me, and they did. Their hours are 8:30 to 5:00, which makes it difficult for those of us that work normal hours.

The service man was courteous, and arrived on time. After spending about an hour looking at the back, and cleaning it, he stated a part needed to be replaced. But he also said since it happens sporadically, he couldn't really determine what was causing it. He replaced the part. After he left, the TV still does the same thing, six months later.

TELE-VUE SERVICE CO. HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED TO US BY THE COMPANY WE BOUGHT OUR TELEVISION FROM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME TO DO THE REPAIR WORK.
