dell pc was too small and too old. needed an upgrade and transfer to a laptop for travelling purposes. Chris provided a re-built laptop and loaded re-software and data on the "new" laptop.

Excellent. Chris is excellent and knowledgeable. Initially contacted another company who wasted 3 hours of my time and failed to configure the printer using his own free shareware or the print server. After his visit, my laptop hard drive crashed. Subsequently, I contacted Chris Wilbert at Technology Integrators who was able to rebuild the laptop, install software, and configured the laptop via it's ip address to print wirelessly.
