Tom and his team have done a lot of work in our neighborhood, so we knew we would get great results. Our kitchen looks amazing and functions so much much better than before. We love it. Tom also sourced replacement windows for our basement and a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Very satisfied with all the work. His team was friendly, efficient and quality focused. We recently had T&L Remodeling & Services Inc. complete a complete kitchen renovation during COVID. Scary, yes, but 10 weeks later, we can’t tell you how happy we are. From concept into design, the process was smooth and Tom let us be involved throughout. We met several times to plan what we wanted with intermittent prompt responses through emails/phone. My husband and I had a firm grasp on design and kitchen concept, but Tom was eager to come to the table with ideas of his own (i.e. under shelf lighting, electrical outlets inset in the island, lighting config) which we incorporated all suggestions. We were then sent to various vendors in which we had nothing but a wonderful experience at each. Working off our agreed-upon budget, was daunting, but ended up being quite seamless. Payment was divided x5 throughout the reno. Tom was upfront, honest, and organized about construction schedule, eliminating major disruption to our normal day while we worked from home during the pandemic. The team of subcontractors were great to work as well – reliable, efficient, and respectful during COVID. We added one change order at our discretion as well. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle (including 2 young children), and craftsmanship was evident from day one. We now adore this new space and how it has been transformed. The attention to detail and building reflected exactly what we envisioned. We would recommend this company to anyone who has plans to update or reno their kitchen. My project went very well. Like many other people I needed guidance on what would be best for my project in terms of results as well as keeping within budget. Working with Tom was very easy and he provided great suggestions and ideas that really made this project a success. Expectations were very realistic and Tom was quite resourceful with unexpected items as the project went along. Really cannot say enough good things about Tom. So I have hired Tom in the past and he did a great job, him and his men, that it was a no brainer that I get them again. Our basement had always been an eyesore and we wanted to, not only add value to our house, but have more room for guests and family. So we decided on a kitchenette, extra bedroom, and shower/bath. So this way when our Daughter or son visits with their family they now have their own place to hang out and feel comfortable. Tom worked with us on a design and together we came out with a nice finished basement that we love. Can't say enough about Tom and his men's work ethic and "Can Do" attitudes. This being the second go round for us, it was easy for us to trust the quality of work. They are like family and I joked that if they ever need a space to stay for the night, I now have a great space for them to stay. Highly recommend them. Good work everyone and thank you.

Fantastic Job. Well Done.

We wanted to open up the space in our kitchen and dining room, and Tom Lupinetti gave us a design that accomplished just that. Our remodel involved tearing down the wall between our kitchen and dining room, as well as a half-wall/high bar between our kitchen and family room. We replaced tile with pre-engineered hardwood floors. We put in a long "L-shaped" island with a quartz countertop, added LED Flat lights, pendant lights and a light over the dining room table, a window bench seat, new cabinets, and moved the sink to the island. The entire project lasted approximately 2 1/2 months. We picked out our materials and when the quote came back higher than we budgeted, Tom suggested changes that would get us back in line with our budget, and we were happy with the changes. We absolutely love our new kitchen and have gotten many positive reviews from family and friends. With our expanded dining room, we were able to host 16 at Thanksgiving last year. We also asked Tom to expand our mud room, which is the small room that goes from the house to the garage, where our laundry room is. The room is small to begin with, so we expanded out into the garage about 6 feet and added enough room for a bench seat, shelf with storage and he continued the file from the laundry room to the new mud room. We are very happy with the extra room and Tom and his team delivered within 2 weeks. We've now had T&L remodel our master bathroom, finish our basement and remodel our kitchen and adding extra onto our mud room. We've been happy with the work and the finished products.

At first ok. Then kept asking for more money and not showing up and not finishing the job. When I call him he doesn't answer the phone. He also left all the trash in front of my house and in my garage from the little bit of work he did.

Tom was very professional, knowledgeable and had the foresight to see potential hazards no other company did. Our remodel was to make our home more “senior friendly” by moving a downstairs laundry room upstairs to a master bath. This inolved removing a bathtub, adding a new shower, a new vanity top and flooring. Some difficult engeneering problems including adding a new wall and insulation to protect new plumbing from freezing. We had watched TNL Services remodel two bathrooms for my son-in law and were impressed with the work. When we dicided to do the project. We asked Tom for a bid. His bid was fair and included quality materials. He worked with us to make the work and timing as senior friendly as he could. Everything was measured precisely and all went smoothly. Polite and competant crew. You did not need to be in the house.

After several bids, we chose T and L Remodeling to remodel two of our bathrooms: the upstairs master bath and guest bath, both of which were original to the home. Our remodel included a new tub, tile, flooring, decorative tile, and some structural changes. Tom and his crew were great to work with and were willing to make suggestions and find inventive solutions. Tom uses the assistance of wholesalers who are exceptionally helpful...(shout out to Lisa for all her help) and his crew is skilled and diligent. T and L took care to minimize the dust and cleaned up daily. A bathroom remodel is extremely inconvenient and Tom and his crew took great pains to minimize that. Our bathrooms are exactly as promised and we are very pleased with the finished product. See pictures below.

Excellent! Tom was very professional, his price was very fair and the work was finished on schedule. Everyday he was at the house, he picked everything up and left it very clean. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would absolutely recommend him.

Tom presented us with an excellent rendering of the project after our initial meeting, and we had a solid idea of how it would look. He and his team communicated well, and were professional and easy to work with. Our basement is absolutely beautiful. We put in to main sides: A workout area and an entertainment area. In the workout area, Tom suggested putting in a rubber matting, and that has worked out well, with our equipment. There wasn't a lot of fancy work done on that side, just finishing the walls, and adding storage space. The entertainment side was done with our input and suggestions, as well as Tom's. It is by far, my favorite place in our house. He put in a kitchen area, perfect for entertaining, and we have a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and we've added a toaster oven (no stove/oven). Granite countertops, with a bar side to sit at and beautiful tile floor. He also put in a Jack and Jill bathroom that is between both rooms and that turned out perfectly as well. We did not look for another contractor for our basement, because he did such a great job with our master bathroom remodel previously. I included a couple pics from that remodel as well. We would highly recommend T&L and Tom will be our first call for our next project!

The bathroom is fantastic, we are very pleased. The garage is not yet finished but close and looks great.
