This company was great......it was an odd request for pruning as a new neighbor wanted branches NOT to hang over his property line.....and contactor was prompt and did exactly as my new neighbor wanted. They were right on time.....met with me before they left to make sure the job was done to my "liking"......I would hire them again in a minute.

The set up was slow going since the company was bought by Save a tree. There was a lot of miscommunication. But once the service was set up it's great.

It went reasonably well. I had a specific request to trim the tree up off the roof. The tree is hanging and rubbing on the roof still. When i arrived at end of day i talked to the crew forman and requested some additional trimming above the roof and between the houses where it looked loke no trimming had occured. He told me they would either catch it that afternoon or come back the following day. They did neither. The trimmers dropped a branch on my patio table. Told me they would fix it or make it right. Never did. I called a couple of days later and was told the foreman would contact me and make it right. He never did. I called again a week later and was told the same thing. Never happened. Very disapointing.

First reached out through the website and received a call back quickly. Customer service reps and schedulers very friendly and helpful. Lawn care consultant very friendly and responsive. Am selling my house and they all worked with me to get the work done quickly.

Generally, well, but in retrospect, instead of trimming the spruce trees, should have been advised to move the sprinklers. Now the trees are cut out around the bottom, and the water still doesn't make it to the grass. Did a good job of getting some separation between the trees and the house. Pines in back, needed to do a better job of removing deadwood and pruning all the way back to the originating branch.

The crew showed up ahead of time and were very professional. They did a fabulous job of trimming and pruning all of our trees and cleaned up really well when they were done. I would definitely use these guys again.

They did an awesome job on that. They also trimmed a big Cottonwood in the back. They could have done what they said they were going to do and called before they came out. I have a dog and a lot of times they didn’t, they just pulled up unexpectedly without letting me know that they were coming and I don’t know about you, but I don’t appreciate that. They are kind of expensive. They usually were professional.

They did a huge amount of pruning for a better quote than the other three companies we got estimates from. Clean up was good. They said they'd probably come in the second week of June, but turned up even earlier, in the last week of May. No advance call they were coming, which we didn't mind, but it might be something worth explicitly asking for if that's important to you. Great experience, all round, for us.

They did it and did a good job. I always call them back because they are reliable and reasonable. They not only worked on this seedless honey locusts but they cut down a few aspen tress that were on their last legs. I have used them for several years and have always been satisfied with their price and work. They are very professional.
