Swan Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning of Denver

I cancelled service last June and was charged a monthly fee until November! I've been trying since November of 2022 to get $59.80!! So much time wasted! No one ever calls me back; I just get empty promises. Their on-site service was fantistic, customer service STINKS!

When my old boiler started to malfunction and my new CO alarm went off at 3am in my bedroom, I knew I had to get a new boiler as soon as possible. I had been waking up sick for months and could die from carbon monoxide poison if I let it go on. Unfortunately, my desperation made me vulnerable to unscrupulous contractors who overestimated their ability to a rather complicated job. I couldn’t believe the refused to install the exhaust vent according to the manufacturer’s instructions! They left me without heat and hot water for 6 days while they couldn’t even get it to work. The boiler’s manufacturer and my city inspector agreed I needed to find a competent contractor who would have to tear out the entire installation and start over. What a nightmare as I had already paid the contractors who abused me 50%--that’s $6000 for delivery of a $1500 boiler. Fortunately, I found Swan. They sent someone to assess the situation within hours of my call. They didn’t try to take advantage of this little old lady–they took care of me. Two days later, I had a beautiful, safe installation done according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I’m so grateful. I especially want to thank Gary Gallegos and Zane (the master plumber) for their outstanding work ethic. I get the sense Swan values expertise, integrity and service over salesmanship. They have created a company culture based on respect and mutual support. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with how they took care of me, I felt I had to thank them publicly.

Shane stopped by to do the check-up on my furnace and to flush my water heater. He is professional, friendly, and prompt. He explained the work that he did and how my furnace is operating. I appreciated him getting my furnace in great shape for another winter; thanks Shane!

I’ve used Swan now several times during the past 12 years- for a water heater install, furnace repair, air duct cleaning, furnace service, AC service, and 3 plumbing jobs- and have never been disappointed. Most recently, just this past week, they did the most recent plumbing job. And as usual, the entire process went very well. From the customer service side, to the quality of work executed, and to the pricing, Swan is second to none. What you should know is that they won’t be the cheapest. If you want that, get the guy in your neighborhood who does plumbing work, or a fly-by-night company that doesn’t stand by their work. What you will get from Swan is guaranteed work, great communication throughout a project, respectful and clean service professionals, and perhaps the best customer service you will experience in this industry. For those reasons, I never hesitate to contact Swan for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me details of what he was doing and what he found. He did his work competently. He arranged the appointment for the additional work to take place the next work day when the part would be available. He is one I would recommend to others.

EXCELLANT customer service every time. This time Chris H. was our technician and he was as outstanding a professional as the others that Swan has sent out to us. He knew immediately what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Swan plumbing is not just competitive, but lower price than any plumber we have had in the last 11 years. We have use them three times this past year and have decided that we will always go to them as our plumber from here out. When the technician is on their way, you are send a text message that includes a picture of the technician so that you can identify them at the door. Technicians are actual employees and not subcontractors like so many plumbing companies use these days and I like that because they are paid on commission.

The technician was early for the appointment, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in less than an hour. We could not be happier with the service received from Swan Plumbing and Heating. When we need plumbing assistance in the future we will definitely call them again.

Excellent, provided solutions for enhancements to second HVAC as well as replacement of first HVAC unit. Explained exactly what we would expect for the new installation in every facet . The quotation gave several options and price points to choose from and recommendations for our specific goals.

Spencer did a great job and helped me solve an unrelated plumbing problem that's been annoying me for years. I didn't realize it but SWAN/Spencer also do plumbing repairs and he's coming back today to fix the problem.

The guys at Swan did an absolutely AMAZING job with everything !! They were punctual, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained each process in detail before they moved forward, their prices were more than fair and they protected the other areas of the house very well. Spencer was great. He spent several minutes trying to get the existing coupler to work on the new valve. He did this so the repair would not be as expensive. He then proceeded to do the repair at a very reasonable price. He was courteous and professional. We would definiteley use the company again..

It went very smooth. He was on time and had a great attitude.

Our furnace went out in January. We called them to fix it and found out that our furnace was old and obsolete. Then we were denied when we applied for credit for a new one. We thought we were going to go without heat. John W. Bent over backwards to make sure that our home had heat knowing full well he didn't have to. Easy to schedule and extremely experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Spencer repaired our regulator as well as our humidifier after our regular Heating and Air company came out the day before and didn't diagnose. We are glad we called Swan as they diagnosed both issues quickly and did the repairs right away. At an extremely reasonable price. We liked their service so much, we even signed a maintenance contract. Highly recommend.
