I contracted Superior Inspections to inspect a large warehouse with front office. James and his team were very professional and detailed in their reporting. The inspection took a couple days to complete and the report was delivered that evening. They also completed ai air quality assessment which was reasonably priced. Excellent experience overall

Very impressed with Superior Inspections and the level of detail of the inspection. They conducted a builder warranty inspection and found a couple issues that would have been fairly costly if not found and covered in the 12 month warranty period.
