Beautifully. The designer was friendly, helpful, and professional. She made a couple of suggestions that saved us money and looked wonderful. The installer was also friendly and professional and very efficient. We could not be more pleased.

This is the 2nd time I ordered from them. Fair Price, good service. I had some issues with my blinds, and they came right out and trained me how to care for them so they would work right. The issue was me! Carrie, the sales lady is very professional, courteous and responsive. She gave great choices all around to balance needs I had in multiple rooms and working within my budget. Stoneside is not the cheap blind solution like Home Depot or Lowe's but they are the best! If you can afford great quality, great service and a company that does it all for you. If you are a DIY customer, go the cheap route...I made that mistake before, never again! Carrie is a rock star!

From the first day we met with Carrie Kaiser, and during selection, ordering, measuring (by Robert), scheduling (by Melissa) and installation (by Robert), we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, and always available for any questions we had. We purchased a combination of blinds and shades for 37 windows. From start to finish the whole process only took 3 weeks to complete. The products were high quality and look fantastic. It completely changed the look of our home. Donve was a great design consultant and worked with us to get the look and price we wanted. She even made a second visit to our home when we came to her with additional questions. Chris, the installation technician, was very punctual, professional, knowledgable, patient, and personable. Upon installation we discovered that two of our blinds were not the correct type. Chris, Donve and their office all followed up to ensure we would receive the product we wanted. They were efficient and quick to ensure the problem would be fixed and true to their word it was quickly resolved. I am a tough critic, but this is a company (especially Donve & Chris) that I would highly recommend (& will) to others!

Carrie visited our home, gave us a he quote, and every single date and promise we're fulfilled. Matthew not only did premeasurements but came out, installed the shades and even went the extra mile taking care of a curtain rod maintenance issue while he was up there, unrelated to my order. They were both courteous, professional, prompt, and friendly. Great Colorado company!

If you're interested in blinds or shades for your home, I'd like to recommend Stoneside. We just had roller shades installed throughout our home, and they are gorgeous! Very high quality. They will come to your home to show you their fabrics and styles, and will handle all the installation. Our shades were delivered and installed just three weeks after we placed our order. Carrie was the sales representative to who came to our home, and Chris handled the installation. Both were very thorough and professional.

We interviewed several other blind companies and went with Stoneside and I highly recommend them. All aspects of ordering, measurement and getting them installed was ahead of schedule but communication was terrific.
