They did an excellent job!

I am amazed. With three little kids in the house you can only imagine what the white carpeting looked like. The two men who came out (please look up their names) were wonderful. They explained what stains were on the carpet and which stairs would be really hard to get out. Each time they did a room it was important to them that I approve of their work. They gave me booties and very diligent to place 'slippery' signs on wooden floors as one moved from wet carpet to wood. I would never have believed it possible they could do the job they did. This is the second time I have had the white carpets cleaned--first cleaner can't hold a candle to the fine job Stanley Steemer performed for me. They were recommended by my realtor. Right or wrong it made sense to spend an additional $200 bucks to have all odors removed (throw in a couple of cats and a rabbit. Not an odor in the house. I did not have a coupon or a deal to use--I just needed an excellent job done which I got.

I was thinking actually buying a new carpet and then I thought well let me just get this clean and then I will think about it in the spring but they did such great job I don't think, I mean it looks like new. It looks so nice I was just so astound and they move furniture back and forth and after they were done they sprayed it with something to help it not get dirty so fast. It look so nice I am very pleased with it. 

Two guys came, they were nice very fast, quick, cleaned up everything, moved everything around and were gone, it didn't take them really long, well my house isn't really big.

Very nice, very friendly, didn't chat a lot just came in did the job and they were gone.

I will never use them again.  The pricing was okay; but then the job they did, I had to ask them to come back and redo it.  I called the manager, and I didn't get a callback for one month.  Their professionalism was horrible.  The crew that came especially for the second time to redo the work were very disrespectful and had a bad attitude.  They didn't even want to be here.  They were two-member crew.  Another guy was an assistant.  He showed the attitude as if he didn't even want to be here.  He asked me when was the last time, the carpet was cleaned.  It was none of his business.  He was here just to clean the carpet that was left dirty along the baseboard.  While I was trying to point out the area, I had a complaint about; he wasn't even listening to me.  He had a really bad attitude.  One guy from the first team tried to sell me doormat with the Stanley Steemer logo on it.  I said I couldn't use it because I have all the doormats I need already.  He kept on pushing and pushing.  Finally, I gave up and paid $30 for a small doormat, which I could buy in a store for $12-$15.  I was sick and tired.  The crew came out and I wanted to return it to them.  The guy said I have to talk to the company; so I called the company and arranged someone to come and pick it up at the door.

It worked out great. They got the work done quickly and they had a good team of service professionals. I will use their services again in the future.
