Hired this company through a general contractor. They were to do flooring and tiling work. Tile work in shower didn't turn out as I asked so they had to tear out and redo. Flooring in bathroom is uneven and they used a bad piece with a stain right in the entry. They also didn't line up the flooring correctly under a doorway so they had to use tiny pieces to take it midway underneath the door. I told them I would provide supplies and tiling supplier couldn't believe how much they used/wasted. A Standard Interiors Executive told me that there is usually more waste when they are not responsible for the cost....uhh what? They also wasted a number of expensive trim pieces by putting mortar on before installing, therefore there were no extras that could be returned.
The icing on the cake was the hardwood flooring they were supposed to install and they brought in the tiling guy to do it. He had no idea what he was doing, and before he started, he disappeared for a few hours and never returned. They left me to find another installer last minute, and we had to move in without any hardwood on the floor. Such a mess. They also had grout work left to do in the bathroom, but never returned to do that either. I never heard back from this company again. I would never use nor recommend them.
