Splash Window Tinting & Detailing

Friendly staff answered the phone when calling for an appointment.  I was offered a quote, then upon arrival settled on the services I wanted prior to the tinting.  The tinting was done in a timely manner and so far the job seems like quality work.  I was very happy with my experience at Splash.

I called and had a quote over the phone within 2 mintues and the price was exactly what they told me it would be. Typically I see $190-250 for a 5-window car tint so the $175 was a great deal. High quality 3M materials were used. It only took them 1 hour and they told me to expect 2 hours. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Splash for auto window tinting.

When you call for an appointment you can many times get in on the same day if you call early in the a.m. I have never had to wait more than a day to schedule services.I had to reschedule my window tinting a couple of times and there was never a problem, even with short notice.

The technician was ready for my automobile when I arrived and 2 hours later they called to say that it was ready for pickup.  All the windows were done to my satisfaction and the tech took a few minutes at pickup to instruct me as to how to care for the windows for the next week.  He explained about the appearance of bubbles and not to roll down the windows placing warning stickers on the window buttons as a handy reminder.  He also indicated that if any of the bubbles remained after @ 3 weeks to bring the car back and he would repair or reapply the film to remove the bubble.  Seven windows were treated with the 3M film.
As it happens, a bubble did remain after a month and the tech graciously replaced the film on that window at no cost.  I understand from talking to the technician that this little company also details cars for Westminster Mercedes Benz.

I called to get a quote and then set an appointment. I delivered the car and was given a quick tour of the shop and how they were going to apply the window film. I selected my % for the tinting. Was given a time the car would be done. I got a call exactly when they said they would be finished. When I picked up the car, I was asked to check out the car outside in the sun so I could see the results. He explained the process for the film to set, what to look for and what not to do. I was also given printed material as well. They had put strips over my window buttons so I would not accidently lower my windows during the setting period. I was also given printed information about the care of my windows in the future. Everyone from the phone call to payment of my bill was pleasant, helpful and professional. I was truely impressed!

Splash was great. They made me a beginning-of-the-day appointment, were very professional when choosing the tint. Then finished the job in a timely fashion. The car looks great!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK SPACE DID ON TINTING THE FIVE WINDOWS ON OUR LEXUS. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE THE DAY WE INQUIRED ABOUT THE WORK AND WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. IT WAS DONE WELL, AND WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
