He was able to come out to check out the hot tub within 24 hours of initial contact. I was concerned he would have a hard time finding the leak, as I had spent some time looking for it and couldn't find anything (it was a pretty slow leak). He opened it up, recognized the sounds from the pump and identified the leak within an hour. He took the pump out and rebuilt it. By day 3 after calling him, the hot tub was back up and running. The leak is gone and the engine is quieter than it was when it was brand new. Everything was fast and reasonable. I will definitely use again if I need hot tub work.

had an estimate from another company. he told me he could fix a valve get the part and come back. numerous calls to him and he was nowhere to be found. loser.
called mark and told him that someone had been out but was a loser. he looked it over and diagnosed things piece by piece. fix one leak, then find another. it was not a quick process. but, he stuck with it. he had to come back 5 or 6 times to keep checking before the tub was finally repaired. there was a lot of things to check - but he definitely knows what he is doing. he has helpers but he pretty much supervises them pretty thoroughly.

It has always gone great. He's very reasonable, timely, responsive. I trust him, and don't feel that he's trying to nickel and dime us. He sells us used parts when he has them. Would not hesitate to use him again.

After a few days, Mark came  back and hooked up the repaired motor. Half of the cost was for the two house calls. The remainder for labor and parts. I did not get a response from my email inquiry so I ended up calling him directly after several days. A new motor would have cost me more than what I was charged so I am thankful Mark likes to fix things.

The hot tub is up and running fine. Mark is a great guy. Knowledgable, personable and his prices are hard to beat. This is the second time we used him. Nice to see this quality of service.

In one word - amazing! I emailed Mark and he returned my initial contact within two days. He said he didn't live too far and could come over in about an hour (on Saturday). He called and showed. He checked out the spa and diagnosed the pump as the primary concern. While he removed the pump I hung out with him and we chatted for some time. Mark was such a nice guy chatting about everything from his experiences, answering questions about spa parts, and even the types of trees in my and his yards. As he wrapped up, we discussed estimated cost and completion date. I arrived home from work on Wednesday and heard the spa running. He had stopped by, put the pump in, and left the invoice at the doo while I was at work. It was exactly what we discussed and then some. I was extremely happy not only with the services provided, but also with the customer service. Kindness and respect seem to be something that doesn't always come with a paid service. I wish every service provider I choose to work at my home was as courteous, friendly, and personable as Mark.

Our hot tub had become so loud when the motor came on to heat it I couldn't even be outside by it, let alone sit in it.  I looked up on Angies list recommended service repair shops for hot tubs and found this one.  I called and they were able to come over the next day.  Yeah!  The service man diagnosed the problem right away and said we needed a new pump.  He replaced it right then and we were able to use the tub that night.  Now it is so quiet and smooth it sounds like it's purring!  (our dog loves it.)

Mark was very responsive and showed up when he said he would.  He quickly diagnosed our problem and had our spa running in short order.  His pricing is very reasonable as well.

Mark came out determined there was an electrical issue, which he quickly fixed and could then begin testing to determine where the leak was coming from.  He corrected where he thought the leak was coming from but to make sure he fixed it he stopped out again to see if it was leaking, which it was not.  He then completed service which included emptying and refilling as well as new filters and a quick tutorial so I will know how to operate the tub. 
To say the least Mark is honest and reasonable for the work he performed.  If you ever need someone to work on your hot tub, I highly recommend him.

I pretty much told the whole bloody story in the first part of this survey. I hate repeating myself. The guy is good. I did not invite him to dinner or cocktails so I know little of his background other than we need more repair folks just like him.

He not only remembered me when I called, but gave me a very prompt on-site inspection time. The problem was a leaking seal around the shaft on the motor. So he pulled the motor, took it back to his shop & rebuilt it. He came back the next week & reinstalled it. Problem totally solved. For the time he spent, we felt the the total charge was very reasonable.

The hot tub is up and running thanks to Mark. I thought it was going to take a heck of a lot longer from my past experience with spa repair places. I was so impressed that I ordered a new cover from Spa Centre.

After 15 years, it is finally time for a new hot tub. I will probably buy from him since he does also sell them. He is prompt, honest and reasonable. When I call, I never have to wait more than 2 days. Price is for the most recent visit.

They are very personable and dependable. They keep my hot tub working great and are always willing to come right out if there is a problem. I enjoy working with them.
