 + -1 moreProject went as smoothly as it could have, even with coping with weather in Colorado January! Honest, accurate, and quality. Oh, AND he calls you back!!! I am also in construction (structural Ironworker), and know a good crew when I see one, and these guys are good! It's obvious they enjoy their work, especially if it's not routine!
Description of Work: Al Sharp built us a 600sqft custom garage (and I mean custom!) in the front of our house. High consideration was given to street appearance such as matching rooflines on the house, a very cool arched gateway, a curved driveway, an area under one corner for a patio, a double walk-thru steel door in back, installed my windows AND skylights, and prepped the perimeter for pavestone. Compared to the other bids, he was competitive, and gave us the custom look we wanted! Workers are very respectful, work all day, and even kept an eye on the dog! They cleaned up after each shift, and managed material deliveries to minimize congestion in our small yard. Quality of workmanship is outstanding, and willingness to work with changes was exceptional. Equipment was in good working condition, and was respectful of noise for my neighbors, not running eq too early. I cannot think of one dissappointment, criticism, or issue we had. THESE ARE THE GUYS TO HIRE!

 + -1 moreFrom the first day, all construction materials we carefully brought in, drop-cloths placed and work commenced at 8am. They were careful with in and outside furniture, plants, etc. They worked diligently until 5pm or after, ensuring proper clean up and storage of materials. They were worked at a steady pace, completing the project ahead of schedule which provided us a discount in the original bid. The workmanship was excellent and they were thoughtful and courteous throughout the project.
Description of Work: We had several windows replaced which were done in a timely and professional manner. The crew took great care in avoiding damage to outside foliage as well as inside furniture and flooring. Also, they were careful not to leave any door or gate open, securing the safety of our pet. I plan to use them again for a kitchen remodeling job.
