I was impressed with their proposal, it was emailed and I signed it right on my phone.  I have a lot of landscaping and they worked around it.  The house was custom painted (stripes!) and we used their color consultant.  I would say that they are more professional than the other painters who did estimates.  They did a final walk through and asked several times if we were happy with it.  Since then they have reached out to me and asked if it needs any touch ups.  I would recommend Shaker Painting and we are going to use them to paint our basement when it is finished
