I dealt with Ken from beginning to end. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled! Our new front and back doors are gorgeous, well made, and installed with perfection. Our back door jamb was not plumb and Ken spent time and energy to ensure that our door was installed properly. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend using them.

This is our second door purchased from Secure All, different house. Both experiences were FANTASTIC! The quality of the product and the incredible high level of customer service is outstanding. Very professional from start to end. The price of the doors are higher than others, BUT, go and compare and you will see the difference. What you will not be able to compare is the awesome customer service and the dedication they have to ensure your door is what you wanted and properly installed. They build all of their products custom to each opening. The installer came out and measured before I ordered. They came back out after the guards were delivered to install them. They custom designed a set to match my doors. The finished product is beautiful.

My main point of contact has been Ken. He was responsive before during and after installation. Secure-All put in security doors and garage doors at different times. Both the security doors and garage doors were correctly measured and installed without any problem or issue. Great communication on what to expect and when to expect it. The quality and service is top notch. I have recommended Ken and his teams repeatedly and I will continue to recommend them.

Both installations were perfect. The workmanship was impeccable. I needed to have my door installed while I was gone. My goal was to find a company that values integrity, and great customer service, and there would not be any issues when I returned. Every step of the process is handled within the company. They do not use subcontractors. . They met my expectations in every aspect.

I couldn't say enough positive things about Secure-All ! From the initial contact, everyone I spoke with was professional and extremely pleasant. Ken goes above and beyond; absolutely one of the best people I've every dealt with. Ken removed and replaced the security bars as we were having the windows replaced. They coordinated the removal and replacement such that the bars were off a minimal time. In addition, Ken found the bars had not been put up well to begin with, many of the bars set in the mortar rather than brick. When he replaced the bars, he reset them so they were in brick and used a far better method. I was very happy he replaced the bars in a far better way than the original company. When measuring for the back security door, Ken discovered the wood framing had rotted and required replacing. Other companies would not have been as thorough and I would have had a door that wasn't secure. Bob installed the front security door and was excellent. Ken and Bob demand perfection to every detail from themselves and it shows. I've had several positive comments from people on the security door and provided Secure-All's contact information to them. I would always recommend Secure-All to anyone looking to have work done or new product. I'm grateful to have found Secure-All, they're my go-to company from now on.

Ken was prompt, professional, polite, and honest about the expense due to the rounded top on the door and the length of time to expect to have it completed. I had purchased the security door years before from a different company and this was the second time the window broke. The first time my door slammed too hard shortly after the door was installed. This time I put my hand through the window when I missed the steel bars and pressed the window instead. Ken was as surprised as I that this happened. The window came in and was installed in the length of time expected. The cost was as promised. What I didn't expect was a better product than the original. Not only was the window thicker than the original but the window locks were of better quality. It is also better insulated around the edges than the original and more sound proof. I know previous reviews rate the cost a "B" but after my experience with my door, you get what you pay for. I would have been happy to pay more originally to get the quality that Secure-All delivered.

Work was professional, fast, and we had no call backs in the three years since the work was done. They offer an oil rubbed bronze finish that is just gorgeous and has stood up to the elements. The door bars are solid steel and the locking mechanism is very strong. The doors are art work in themselves. No need to spend money on a fancy solid core front door when the security door is so beautiful.

Secure-All provided us with a great product and exceptional customer service. We were in the market for some steel security doors and were very impressed with the options that Secure-All had to offer. Secure-All was great at keeping us informed of the build process and gave us accurate timelines as to when the doors would be done and ready for install. On the day of installation the doors came to us in perfect condition and there were no scratches on the doors after installation as well. A couple of our doors came with the tinted glass option. We really like this option and it does offer more privacy in most lighting conditions. The tint is part of the glass process and not a film so it won't bubble. You will need to decide if the tint is a worthy option, in some cases it will help, in others maybe only so-so depending on the lighting inside the house. We looked at other door makers and for the most part they are pretty similar with some exceptions, Secure-All is very confident in telling you how good their doors are and for the most part they are right, but some of this may be more marketing so it pays to have a couple companies come out. We looked at 4 companies for doors and Secure-All was the highest price point for us. They do not seem to come down much on their price, but we did receive a discount as part of a Home and Garden show sale going at the time. One additional item to mention, we went with oil rubbed bronze for the door color, we also went with the high security lock cylinders, but those Marks locks only come in nickel and brass so you will not be able to match the ORB door with the locks/handles, we went with nickel and it looks fine. I think Secure-All could have done a better job in explaining this on their website and during the initial estimate process however as we were wavering on the color for a while. Again we were very happy and would recommend/use them again.

This service provider was one of the best I have ever encountered (and I have a wide range of experience)!  My storm door got sprung and the service was done promptly and very quickly!  Today was a no charge but I will definitely use them in the future for every storm door need that I have and for any other thing that they do.  I sent a message on Angie's list, got a very prompt reply and had an appointment set up for next morning service.  i do not hesitate to give this company the highest recommendation possible!

My experience with the Secure-all Company was very positive.  I like that it is a well-established family-owned business based here in Colorado.  Secure-all was very responsive to my call and I was able to schedule a consultation within a day or two of my initial contact with them.  The person that came to my house took the time to explain the details of product, and I never felt pressured or that it was a typical sales call.  The security door that I purchased is of extremely high quality and is a very beautiful door.  The person that did  the installation was friendly and professional, and did a very thorogh job in making sure that the door/frame was asthetically correct.  I have already recommended Secure-all to friends and family who are considering purchasing a security door as Secure-all offers a much superior product compared to their competitors that I researched.

It went perfect. He was on time, proficient. He cleaned up his mess. The bars were specially made for seven windows, I loved the doors they did for me last year.

I have been looking at security doors for 3 years. Most of them look the same but prices were varied and you sometimes did not know who would install. I finally decided to purchase so I went to the Denver Home Show in January or February. I talked with a couple of security door dealers but I did not see quality doors until I walked into Secure All's booth. Doors were well made had the secure features I needed. I like one design but wanted one more set of bars in fact Ken the salesman offered his advice to add the extra bars, at NO EXTRA COST. I asked Ken if they had a more secure lock and he said they did so I paid a little extra for that item. Now this is not an inexpensive door but you get what you pay for and I am very happy with the beauty of this door and that this door allows me to have fresh air in my home without the worry that someone could just cut the screen or pull the door open and walk into my house in the summer. Again I have to say the welds on this door are excellent the paint/power coat is some of the best I have seen. I know because my husband had a business where we had items power coated. I am a very picky person with very high standards and all I can say is I am VERY happy with this door and Secure All. I am going to recommend them to all of my friends. You want a security door that is also beautiful with great service then purchase from Secure All.

I met the Secure-All team many years ago at a home show and was able to see their doors.  Their product is much sturdier and more "elegant" than the standard stock door you find at a big box DIY shop.  They had many different designs and colors as well as special configurations such as putting in a mail slot, a wreath hook, dog door and my favorite, screens that slide up and down into the lower part of the door.  The company is a family company and everyone I talked to was so professional and willing to help.  I remembered the company many years later when ready to buy a new door.
In addition to the look of the door, they will provide you with all the upgrades they have added to their doors over the years for extra security as well as ease of use.  These are on their website as well.
I found what I wanted on their website, called them and then went into their office to finalize (this is optional but I wanted to see the doors again).  I put a deposit down when I was ready and then changed my mind on the design and they were very helpful in sending me the corrected invoice.
The door took 4-6 weeks to build, I think it was less than 6 weeks.  They gave me an estimated date and it was ready before that.  They scheduled installation and someone came out, took off the old door and installed and keyed the new door.  I did not have a threshhold previously and they added one. 
I love the door, it really changed the look of the front of my house for the better.  It functions well and keeps drafts out when the other door is open.

They customize all their doors.  The doors are great and the people are great.  It takes a little while because they make them to order, it’s not some standardized thing.  We’re in an older home, so the doors don’t measure what they used to, so it took custom doors to fit our frames.  They were great.  I called back with a couple questions after the work was done and they were very very helpful.  If they didn’t know the answer they found out and called me back.

Knowing that Secure-AlI's prices would be higher than other businesses, I checked out several other sources before going to Secure-All.   When I went to the showroom, it was obvious that the quality of the Secure-All doors were far superior.  They were very nice and provided all the information I could possibly need to make a decision.   I made an appointment for an estimate with Secure-All and another business.  Secure-All were very thorough in measuring and assessing all the angles, etc.  The other guy did very basic measurements.  I asked him what the difference was between his product and Secure-All's.  He was very honest stating that Secure-All's doors were higher quality and would last longer but were double the price.  
I prefer  to spend more to buy quality items that will last a very long time, rather than buy a cheaper product that I will have to replace; therefore, I chose Secure-All.   After making my decision, Secure-All came back out for the final measurements and 6 to 8 weeks later I had beautiful new, very secure, energy efficient storm doors.  If you're planning to stay in your home, they are definitely worth the higher price.    Next year, I plan on replacing my front screen door with a Secure All door.

Ken, the owner of SECURE-ALL COMPANY, was on time for the appointment at our home for the purposes of evaluating our needs and to make suggestions for replacing our old metal security door and for replacing our wood primary door. He was thoughtful and professional in his explanation as to what needed to be done, the time it would take to complete our order, and the total cost.  He had a handsome and complete magazine exhibiting all of the available options.
The time to complete the order was a previously stated  6-8 weeks.  This period of time  was to custom build the 2 doors, paint the primary door, and to install the 2 doors. Ken was conscientious about providing  progress reports throughout this period of time. We never felt forgotten.
The installation was completed as scheduled. The quality of doors and the quality of installation cannot be surpassed!! The products are more expensive than a local hardware store BUT you  ARE buying high quality products that will provide a more tangible sense of security on one's property.

Salesperson was very thorough about explaining features. I went to the showroom for a closer look at the product. Impressed with the quality of the product. I don't think they have any competition in their quality category. If they did, they might lower their prices a bit. High price is my only complaint - don't know that it needs to be that high to cover their expenses.

They came and fixed the lock. They knocked down the price because they ended up using some of our parts. They were on time, neat, and very reasonably priced. I was impressed that they tried to work with us on the phone for thirty minutes before coming out, and would definitely have them back.
