I was seeking snow removal services and the distance from Denver to Lyons was too great but they answered my questions promptly.

This company was great......it was an odd request for pruning as a new neighbor wanted branches NOT to hang over his property line.....and contactor was prompt and did exactly as my new neighbor wanted. They were right on time.....met with me before they left to make sure the job was done to my "liking"......I would hire them again in a minute.

Went very well. Service done as advertised in a friendly and professional manner.

Sent two messages asking to setup an estimate. Zero replies.

They were on time and worked quickly

It went reasonably well. I had a specific request to trim the tree up off the roof. The tree is hanging and rubbing on the roof still. When i arrived at end of day i talked to the crew forman and requested some additional trimming above the roof and between the houses where it looked loke no trimming had occured. He told me they would either catch it that afternoon or come back the following day. They did neither. The trimmers dropped a branch on my patio table. Told me they would fix it or make it right. Never did. I called a couple of days later and was told the foreman would contact me and make it right. He never did. I called again a week later and was told the same thing. Never happened. Very disapointing.

First reached out through the website and received a call back quickly. Customer service reps and schedulers very friendly and helpful. Lawn care consultant very friendly and responsive. Am selling my house and they all worked with me to get the work done quickly.

It went great! They were very professional and did a great job trimming my trees!

The set up was slow going since the company was bought by Save a tree. There was a lot of miscommunication. But once the service was set up it's great.

Generally, well, but in retrospect, instead of trimming the spruce trees, should have been advised to move the sprinklers. Now the trees are cut out around the bottom, and the water still doesn't make it to the grass. Did a good job of getting some separation between the trees and the house. Pines in back, needed to do a better job of removing deadwood and pruning all the way back to the originating branch.

Swingle was awesome for me. They sent someone out to evaluate my lawn problem for no charge. Bernie the technician was very professional and helpful. He looked over the lawn and even took some soil samples. We talked over a couple of potential causes of my issues and he gave me a recommendation on a treatment plan thru the end of summer and fall. This is exactly what I was hoping for. I called a half dozen lawn care businesses in the metro area and all they wanted to do was sign me up for one of their lawn treatment plans that came with a year contract. Without ever seeing my lawn or property. How can you treat a problem without a diagnosis first?? I did not pay for any service so I cannot speak to the cost and value but I was very impressed with Bernie and Swingle and would not hesitate to call them again if i needed lawn, tree, or landscaping help in the future.

Their people are outstanding, but they are pricey. They are worth what they charge.

There were no problems. I would use them again but I don't have any more trees.

Lawn looks a lot better than it did last year. Package price is reasonable.

It was a really high estimate so we haven't done anything with that yet. They follow up, they've done that a couple of times with phone calls. They've been great. They're just expensive.

I contacted the business because I needed a tree pruned. It's been a week and I still haven't heard back from them.

They did a great job. They did quite a bit.

The crew showed up ahead of time and were very professional. They did a fabulous job of trimming and pruning all of our trees and cleaned up really well when they were done. I would definitely use these guys again.

It was quite a lot, I can't remember the price, but it was quite pricey.

I use them every month including the winter for tree services.

Failed to complete requested work and after two weeks, called and told them we were canceling the work.

They did an awesome job on that. They also trimmed a big Cottonwood in the back. They could have done what they said they were going to do and called before they came out. I have a dog and a lot of times they didn’t, they just pulled up unexpectedly without letting me know that they were coming and I don’t know about you, but I don’t appreciate that. They are kind of expensive. They usually were professional.

Very well. The technician also took the time to make sure I knew what was done and how I could make some of my own adjustments if I so desire.
