great work, done quickly

Not good. They overbooked themselves and cancelled my appointment without telling me. Then they rescheduled for two weeks later. Then they put a sedan windshield into my two door coupe. It took us a few months to figure out it was wrong. Then they switched it to the correct windshield. On my SUV, the moulding came off twice. They couldn't fit me in but would be happy to fix the body damage from the moulding flapping in the breeze during my road trip from Colorado to IL. They eventually fixed that part but the foam is sticking out over the dashboard. It is not right but how many times do you go to the same incompetent place for them to "fix" it. Never using them again.

There was a sensor in the windshield that was malfunctioning after the work, and it should have been checked prior to completing the replacement itself. Other than that, they did a good job.

It took a couple of tries to get things right, but the window is working fine now.

Went very well. They started the work at the exact time of my appointment. They completed the work exactly on the estimated time. Car was returned to me clean and the work was very well done. No leaks either. I could have gotten this repair done cheaper at some other place for about $250, but I paid the higher price for their reputation.

Bought new Dodge Durango 2013 and got a crack in the windshield not even in 1 week I bought insurance for windshield and this was the closest location to the dealer same day drove to location, had open appointment and replaced within 2 hours I used their services twice so far (2 locations) and both times quick and easy replacement.

Quick, effective, and polite....definitely the way to go for windshield repair.

I sheduled this appointment some time in advance because I knew I would be taking work off. I took the entire morning because the service window reported to me was 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At around 11:15 I was anxious. I had to be back at work at 1:00. I called in to the phone number and was told that I was taken off the schedule because they overbooked their tech. They told me that they left a message on my cell phone (they didn't). Then they told me that they would have to reschedule. They also added that the window was the START window, meaning if the job took 2 hours and started at 11:59 they were still in their service window. I was irritated but felt like I had no choice. Five minutes later I received another call that they could fit me in that afternoon. My wife was going to be home so I said it was OK, and I would come home after my meeting. When the tech arrived, he was chatty and cheerful and told me about his "light" under-scheduled morning. In the end, the job got done (with good quality as far as I can tell but they took my emissions and park stickers) however, the scheduling was unacceptable. I won't use them again. My schedule is too tight. I expect to pay more for a more reliable service, but this provider was hardly bargain basement.

The manager was exceptionally helpful, and they were able to complete the work in less than an hour. They did an amazing job, and I would certainly recommend this particular store to others.
