The team I had was very much informative. They had a lot to say about my ducts and vents that hadn t been cleaned before my family and I moved in. After they cleaned the ducts and vents, we turned the heat on and noticed a great difference. Only thing is they forgot one of the bedroom and bath and they re returning today to clean it. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Safe House to anyone who needs their ducts and vents serviced. Thanks!

I saw their ad while looking to have my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned in my five year old home. When I called, I was quoted a price. I was expecting a professional company to show up in a truck or van in uniform. Instead, they showed up in an old mini-van with no uniforms or name tags. Once they started the work, I was quoted an additional cost to complete the job. My house was left very dusty do to substandard equipment. Openings were left around the vents where they replaced them. I was told that I had to caulk the vents where they replaced them. What they considered to be deep cleaning is placing a brush on a long rod that was attached to a standard drill. Cleaning of the furnace consisted of using a small shop vac placed at the openings of the furnace where the filters are inserted. The same applied to the Dryer vents. This company is a scam and RIP off. Definitely not recommended.

The tech men did not know or see where the dryer vent came out. They also did not know or see what could have been a very hazardous condition. This was easily seen in plain view by the home inspector that came out.

They used the bait and switch method and raised the price almost double once they came to the house. They have not cleaned up the stuff they removed from the vents. They left it next to the vents. Their sanitation work on the vents is a waste.

Selling my house and the buyers wanted the ducts cleaned per the inspector. Safe house came and saw they didn t needed cleaning and only charged me for the service call. I d say that is a company with integrity. I have already recommended them and will continue to so!!

Expect some up-selling beyond the initial introductory offer, but otherwise they were very friendly, easy to work with, showed up on time. Minor complaint: the dryer duct cleaning was supposed to have been included in the introductory price, but the tech asked my tenant if it was necessary. She didn't know what was ordered and my dryer duct was not cleaned.

I expected the technicians to pull the dryer out and clean the hose. They did not. I am concerned the dryer vent was not properly and thoroughly cleaned.

My technician took it upon himself to caulk around my vent. Why I do not know but he did a horrible job. I have pictures. It looked like a toddler got into my caulking gun and I just had my walls painted. I was not happy at all. Totally messed my wall up. He needs to ask before doing that. Who caulks around a vent anyway? I had silicone smeared up my wall. Just terrible.

Very Expensive. The advertised $249 but then he told me I need more work and it will cost me $900 for the blower and duct cleaning

I ordered this service from the recommendation in the book. They came and tried to upgrade everything and say my service wasn't complete unless I did other things that weren't included. Then they charged me $795 more. What a rip off. They did not have the same name of the company I hired. They were some sort of subcontractors. You should take these people off your list. What a scam.

They did a nice job and were very thorough but to me it was very expensive for 15 minutes of work.
