Ross Tree Company

I flip and buy and hold property all across the Denver metro area, and I have hired Ross Tree Company many times over the years. They have pruned trees and removed huge old growth. The company is professional, quick, capable, competitively priced, and reliable. I highly recommend contacting them.

Trees were trimmed all around our house. The workers were professional, friendly, and accomplished all that was asked of them. A good job at a good price.

I've used Ross Tree Company in the past with excellent results.  They have good prices and do good work.   This time was no exception, for the most part.   
The only problem I had was trying to get some firewood from them.   When scheduling, I explained that I wanted 10-12 pieces of the tree trunk for firewood.  If they could cut it into manageable pieces, I'd take care of the rest (picking it up, splitting).  Normally they just haul it off to the dump, and I have some camping to do next year. So it seemed like a good idea to me, everyday being Earth Day and all... They kept arguing, but eventually said no problem.   
Tree cutting day came and Ross Tree Service did a fine job.    Except they wouldn't cut up the tree trunk. I couldn't be there, but my trusty  tenants knew what I wanted.  They asked for the trunk to be cut up but the tree guys came up with every excuse not to.  I ended up with 8 pieces of a tree limb, about an hours worth of camp fire.
 
Anyway, I'd have loved to give Ross Tree Service A's across the board, but the firewood thing just irked me too much.

They completed the estimate on time, then I procrastinated.  Six months later when I finally was ready to get the work done, they honored their original estimate.  Our trees border a busy street, and the work was completed without incident.

This was the second time we had Ross come to do tree work for us.  This trip was to remove a large Oak branch that had fallen on the roof.  They were very responsive as this was an urgent job.  They came and gave us a quote and were still able to come the same day to do the work with a bucket truck.  They did a very good job, cleaned up well.  They were willing to communicate with me and take the branches I wanted them to take.  They also left me some of the larger branches for firewood. 
The previous time we used them was to do some general trimming and clean up of a large oak and cottonwood.  They did a very good job.  Our trees never looked that good.

They trimmed all our trees on our property, we have a lot of them, they got rid of the limbs that were dangerous, did general upkeep, trimmed away the limbs from our house, made it look a lot better, and safer.  They were very professional, polite, wore uniforms, told us when they were coming, and we were happy with them.  I've use them for years, give them high ratings, and will continue to use them in the future.

I really like the service they did for me. They are priced well and I trust them.

We called, made an appointment for an estimate, a Ross estimator came out, we agreed and called and scheduled a time when I could be present. They came when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up completely. They were working around other plants we wanted to keep and managed to do everything without damaging any of the other plant material. This is consistent with every experience I have ever had with Ross Tree. Their price is always reasonable for the work done and highly competitive. Their work is good, and they, especially Gene, know an enormous amount about trees and plant material.

Team came a bit late but introduced themselves properly, scouted the work and yard. Gave me their plan and timeframes. Wood was stacked and saved in the area I requested. The area was cleaned and fragile areas protected. No surprises on the bill which came after work was completed. Have already recommended them to others.

Ross Trees came out within one call of calling to provide a quote for removing our two trees. Their bid was $800 less than the other three companies. Ross was recommended by others in our neighborhood and we liked that the owner of the company came to do the bid and provided all of the licensing information. I chose a good day for the job. They completed the job within the timeframe they estimated and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Ross Trees.

We have used them for 20 years and they are excellent. They are very reliable and reasonable. Their prices are good and their quality of work is good. They are also very honest and upfront.

They came out while I was at work and trimmed the trees. They moved all the toys and tools from the deck before they got started. They cleaned all they cut. I asked an arborist who lives near me and he stated the job was well done. I also had neighbors out the the gentlemen were very courteous to those they had contact with. I made 5 quotes and they came in the lowest. Yes, I would use them again.

Had all the equipment (ie pruners, gas powered saw and a cherry picker) Just got right down to it and got the job done.

On time and job finished much quicker than expected. Very good price for work done. Work done to my satisfaction and gave quote on further work very reasonable.

When I called Ross, she was polite and efficient. The city was very damaged, so a service date 6 weeks out did not surprise me. I have used Ross many times in the past and have always been pleased with the services.
