Rooter Brothers plumbing LLC

A section of my sewer line needed to be replaced so I contacted a well-known national firm and a couple of companies from Angi’s List that included Rooter Brothers. The national firm quoted a price 60% higher than Rooter Brothers and the other firm was 25% higher. At first, I was hesitant because the lower cost provider is not always the best option but the reviews were positive so I took a chance. Jesus, who was my main point of contact, was very responsive and friendly. After clarifying a few items on the agreement, I provide my deposit and hoped for the best. Rooter Brothers performed the work a couple of days later just as we agreed. In addition to repairing the sewer line, two new cleanouts were added. The water district inspectors commented they had done a very good job. The one minor downside is the need to repair some your lawn after the work but the agreement clearly states this is possible and it would likely be the case with any contractor. When it was all said and done, I was pleased with the quality of the cost-effective work that was performed and would highly recommend this small, family-owned business for your plumbing needs.

I was calling plumbers asking for urgent help and not getting many responses, or anyone able to come out quickly to assess the issue. My drains and sewer drain were backed up and sewage had come into the house, we hadn't been able to use our water or toilets overnight. Jesus answered the phone promptly, asked for my address, then called back in minutes to confirm he would be at my house in 40 mins. He arrived on time, politely wore a mask without having to be asked. The team worked quickly to set expectations about timing, process and pricing. They provided video evidence of their work, provided advice on how to avoid the issue in the future and were tactful and professional during the entire process. They cleaned the affected areas and left no mess behind. The cost was affordable and within budget. I can't recommend them enough for doing all of this mid-pandemic with such care.

They arrived within an hour of calling and gave us an estimate. They returned the very next day to start repairs. It was a big job and they completed it in excellent time. Wonderful experience working with Rooter Brothers Plumbing. I highly recommend them!

I called them because my kitchen drain pipe was leaking. Although they had a scheduled contract job on the same day they came after the all day work. Communicating often while they're driving to my house very politely. The repair fee I paid was very inexpensive. They're knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They became my "to go" plumbing guys.

Amazing Company. I love hiring small business people, these guys work for themselves, no huge office buildings and tons of employees to pay for. Instead, you get the best deal, lowest price, and you talk to the workers who are actually doing the work. I am extremely satisfied with the work they performed. I had several things go wrong all at once and really didn’t know what to do. Jesus was in contact with me constantly until the work was done. They also worked with my insurance company and made it so much easier on me. This company is honest,not too expensive and show up when they say they are going to be here. Even on a Sunday. They cleaned up everything before they left which I was stressing out about how I was going to dispose of half of my deck they had to tear up. This was a very stressful time for me and Jesus and Javier made it easier. I will recommend them to everyone!
