Rickenbaugh Cadillac

It has had all the maintenance needed. It does not look like an older car, it looks great. They gave me a lot of "Do Dads" when buying the car. It was a couple thousand under what another dealership offered. I bought a Saab from here as well in the past.

I don't know about Volvo, but I needed some Cadillac service.  I went to their website and called the number listed for "service."  They had to transfer me to service!  I then reached someone else who had to transfer me.  After being on hold for 5 minutes I hung up and went elsewhere.

Brake repair went exactly as planned - warning light no longer illuminates & brakes appear to work correctly.  The radio problems persist.

Rickenbaugh Volvo provides the basic car services.

They seem very friendly and very professional. They are very efficient and get the job done. They do whatever work they tell me they are going to do. They are knowledgeable. Their pricing is high like all the other places. I would use them again in the future.

Rickenbaugh specialists never fail to perform professionally. They will keep at a problem until it is solved. Except for the sometimes high cost of repairs, I am never disappointed with the work they have done on my car.

Their service keeps me coming back. The people are fabulous; they bend over backwards to help. It is a very efficient service operation. They do good work and use Volvo parts. I like them a lot.

They have good service, I've used them for awhile. I am a regular customer and they replaced it for free. They have an honest service. I am moving out of state and I am going to make a point of coming back to Denver when my Volvo needs servicing. I am very pleased with them.

The service is outstanding. The service writers are professional, knowledgeable, and remember customers by name. Even better, I took my 7 yr old car in for a real weird, vague, and hard to re-create mechanical problem which two other dealers failed to find and fix (I drove cross country). Rickenbaugh Volvo found the problem, a rare defect in some computer part, and even found that it was covered still by warranty! Prompt and quick, and if a courtesy driver isn't available, they pay for a cab to get me back to work. Always a good value for the money (but hey, it's a Volvo, it isn't cheap!), and I never hesitate to say "go ahead and fix it" when I'm given an estimate.

Rickenbaugh employees were respectful of my time. They completed the repairs quickly - and were able to answer all of my questions. Also, one of the items that needed to be repaired was on my warranty - if they wouldn't have told me that, I wouldn't have known.
