RESTORATION SERVICES INC

Restoration Services Inc was recommended to me (along with four other companies) by my insurance claim representative.  I dealt with Gabriel Zamora who was able to give me exactly what I wanted for the same amount as my insurance claim, so no money out of pocket. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice to work with.  The crew came out on time and did a fantastic job.  Everything was cleaned up and looking great by the time they left.

Their subcontractors were awful. They put my paintings under my bed without bubble wrapping them and damaged them. They were supposed to paint the ceiling in the dining room, they tore off the wallpaper and ended up having to reinstall it. The cleaning services they used didn't return my clothes. I had to call them and ask for my clothes back when it started to get hot out and some of my clothes were missing and I got some items that didn't even belong to me. The cleaning company kept library books that were in my home and never gave them back despite several requests. They quoted work in their price that they never even did. I disputed several of their charges but they didn't even respond. They haven't responded to me at all and my insurance company has already paid for the work and now my insurance company wants to cancel my insurance because of this situation.
