RENT A GUY

I was able to get him on the phone, but he was driving so he was unable to take my number down, but he said he would have it in his phone and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called a second time and left a message with my number that evening. It is now Friday, and I have still heard nothing from him.

I got this company referral thru Angie's List (my first experience!) and looked forward to getting a quote based on their high rating. However, I left 2 messages (during office hours) over a several day period with my name, phone no. and brief description of work I needed performed and never got a call back. I can understand if they were too busy for the job or not interested, but I at least expected the courtesy of a return call. Needless to say I was very disappointed since I expected more from their high rating and appearance on this list.

I liked him very much. He is honest, hard working and does a good job. I would recommend him for painting and general work around the house. He is really good about not spending your money and overcharging you. He is very reliable. We have used him for about a year.

Guy arrived at 8 a.m and was here until 4 p m. He took me on the roof and explained how the swamp cooler works and got it going. While I drove to north of Denver to find a new switch, he worked on the plumbing and then installed the swamp cooler switch at the end of the day. He worked steadily on the plumbing but it took a while because of old pipes in the house. He said to be sure to let him know if there's a leak and he will fix it. He has done a previous two hour job on a leaking sink that has not leaked since then. He agreeably explained everything and answered all questions. We will have him back to fix the fan in the bathroom ceiling.

He kept me informed all the way on the cost, the time he would be there and kept the price low.
