Marcel?s experience as a Real Estate Broker, along with his knowledge of the home buying process made my pursuit of buying a home a little more likable.  He is very familiar with the area and presented me with many property listings that met my criteria, this definitely saved a lot of time and effort.  With all the paperwork involved, he was well organized and stayed on top of things.  I appreciated that he kept me in the loop at all stages of the process, acted professionally, and was responsive to my inquiries.  He was also fun to work with and honest in our transaction.
