The inspection went well. It's after the inspection that is terrible. Telling me that I need these things done to improve the then charging an astronomical amount of money. I was willing to do some of the work. Sent a list of what I would like done and got a new estimate, with virtually had the same as the first. Only change was to eliminate some insulation. I believe they try to put one over on people.
