ReBath of Colorado Springs

ReBath was referred to me and after checking out several companies it appeared ReBath was my best option. Boy was I wrong,. After initial consultation and a 50% deposit the communications stopped. The contract was signed in October 2024. After repeated attempts I finally got a response and the General Manager[GM]/Franchise holder called me came to my home and gave me excuses about internal problems, but they were now fixed and my project would begin on Feb 5, 2025. We did start that date, but after demo more problems began with them not passing inspections, piece meal installs, more failed inspections and ReBath arriving without the necessary equipment on their trucks. At one point, I offered their staff installer the use of my table saw to cut the filler strips on the vanity. Numerous times arrived without the necessary supplies or equipment. The install process was 11 weeks! The end product looks cheap and flimsy. Not what was represented. The shower pan was so slick I almost fell when it has just water on it. They also left sharp metal points on the framing. They came and applied a "non-slick" surface on the pan that is still slippery and I had to soften the edges so I'd not be cut and purchase a shower mat to protect myself from falling. Their installers and subcontractors that they brought in also did not respect my home by not putting down drop cloths on my carpeting and stairs and after the said they were "finished" I had to hire cleaning of those areas. At the meeting with their GM I said to him - "I hope I didn't make a mistake by using ReBath" and he and his project manager said "no you didn't". Well I certainly did. They are not a good company, you can't reach or get a response from their National HQ, and they are Highly Over Priced for the Quality of their product and service. Urge anyone interested in using ReBath to turn and run as fast you can from ReBath!

It was excellent. They provided good service but they were spendy. I was amazed at the cost for the little work they did. It was good quality and the materials were excellent. They used a non-porous type of material. I just wipe it down and it looks brand new again. That was probably why it is so expensive. They did an excellent job. I should have done more work to see if I can get a better price. I thought they were very expensive.

Re-Bath Stay away from this company.  Get a reputable one to do your project. Overprice, terrible work. They claim to have "PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS"  an apprentice could have done a better job. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT.  They have to come back and re-do tile, caulking and re-do door to shower. Still not right so I just did it myself. Seven months later I had a call from the company telling me I had to be home (not time frame and they picked the date) for the whole day for a "FINAL INSPECTION" I called the company back to tell them that I had other plans. I was told that if I was not home I would be fined $75.00 dollars. No problem. I told the lady to send me the bill and I would see them in court. It was fortunate that I was home at the time for the "FINAL INSPECTION" took place. It turned out that it was a Pluming City Inspector to inspect the pluming job. The "Professionals" were not license plumbers. The City Inspector told me that they sub contracted to a plumber that did not show up, got caught and had to have it inspected by the City.  POOR WORKMANSHIP, OVERPRICED, AND FULL OF EXCUSES. If the company wants to know who posted this, tell them it's Carlos Sanchez, Colorado Springs, CO and they can challenge if they want to. I HAVE PICTURES OF THEIR FINISHED PRODUCT. Now I have deterred 37 people from doing business with this company by showing them the 'PROFESSIONAL WORK"
