+ -1 moreThe unit above mine had a water leak which caused damage to the ceiling below. They sent somebody out to check it and repaired it right away, but they didn't even take pictures of the damage done, they just went ahead and billed me for it. They performed that repair in my unit without contacting me and now I can’t submit an insurance claim for the damage caused since they went ahead and performed the maintenance without consulting me. They are very nice people, but they seem to be unorganized and they never follow through with things.
Description of Work: I did work with them in the past, I reside in GA but have a rental in Colorado.
