Listen to me: RUN - do not walk - AWAY from these scam artists. Save your sanity - there are literally dozens of better options out there to consider. They are incredibly unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. It often takes several days to weeks to hear back from them. Calls go unanswered and no one responds to voicemails...unless of course they have figured out a way to get more money from you. They are disorganized and make frequent errors - we had to correct them three separate times on our lease end date, despite providing clear and ample notice. They prematurely conducted a move-out evaluation and then forbade us to re-enter the property, despite that our sublease explicitly stated that we were responsible for all property maintenance until a new sub-letter is signed. They had the audacity to try and charge us thousands of dollars out of our deposit. Trust the 1 star reviews you see here. Save yourself the trouble and do not do business with them.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HOME! They rented my $750,000 home to DU college students twice. They didn't learn the first time - the DU students returned to Abu Dhabi leaving over $10,000 in damage in their wake! When you sign a contract with them they can sign a lease on your behalf without telling you anything. NOT ONLY DID THEY RENT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS TWICE, they LIED about it. They told me that they rented to a family from overseas that were working at an Embassy. They actually rented to two Middle Eastern college students and the first time I visited the home to check out a necessary repair, I discovered that there were SIX college students living there! They also lie about work that they have done and overcharge for repairs. One year, I paid to have the sprinkler system winterized. They confirmed twice that they had done the work. They hadn't and a pipe broke, causing significant damage. At my last move-out they charge $4600 in cleaning charges and the place was filthy! I fired them!

I couldn’t be more excited to have this opportunity to share my incredibly heartwarming experience with Real Property Management Colorado: Denver. My wife and I moved out to Denver from Raleigh, NC and found ourselves a little stressed due to the coordination of this long distance move as well as being at the mercy of a property manager while trying to find the right home for my family and I. All of our justified concerns became nonexistent when we connected with Michelle Farrington of RPM Colorado: Denver for the very first time. Any questions, concerns, or stress we may have had prior to the move were completely extinguished by her professionalism, punctuality, and contagious positive energy. When we first arrived in Denver on January 27, 2017 my wife and I were 9 months pregnant and had a date to be induced on February 14th for the birth of our second son. Michelle exceeded any expectation we could fathom and has consistently surprised us with her sincere passion for ensuring we were always being taken care of by providing superior customer service. Through her hard work and dedication, Michelle helped us find the perfect home and we were completely moved in by February 10th. Michelle stands by RPM Colorado’s vision, embodies their mission statement, and is the epitome of the core values that defines this company. Making any attempt to describe my experience by way of written review, or dialogue, would be an injustice and can only hope that anyone reading this gets the pristine privilege of simply experiencing it themselves. My family and I sincerely thank you for the everlasting impression you have left on us Michelle as well as the indistinguishable professionalism from all of the staff whom you work with.
