Paid over $10k for tub and surround install. 13 months later the tub spout won’t stop leaking and the water diverting valve doesn’t work properly. I spent three weeks and left multiple voicemails for the service team, Kaitlyn, with zero response. I finally acted as if I wanted a new quote and finally talk to someone human. They transferred me to Robert. After describing and detail the issues, we set a time and date for service. Two days prior to set date, I made multiple calls and attempts and voicemails to try to confirm this date and time. Again, I had to act as if I was getting a new quote to talk to someone who could transfer me to Robert. When speaking to Robert, I told him I was trying to confirm our upcoming appointment and he acted as if he did not know anything about it and blamed his computer. We reset the same date and time. On the service day, I waited over 90 minutes past our set time without any communication from Repath about being late or even intention of showing up at all. Again, multiple voicemails to Kaitlyn, and Robert, without any response. I finally found the number for our original sales person and got them involved. They were able to have Kaitlyn call me who told me that a tech would be out within the hour. 90 minutes later still no tech on site and zero calls from Rebath. Sales person stated they were communicating with manager to help get me taken care of and that the manager would be calling me. Over 24 hours later still no calls from the manager. A tech finally arrived and fixed the leaky tub spout but told me that Robert never mentioned to them about the Broken water diverting valve. I was told that the bathroom fixtures were no longer under warranty and I should go by my own tub spout with diverting valve and replace it myself. This company advertises themselves as being the most trustworthy and reliable bathroom remodel company and I can tell you firsthand it’s an absolute lie! They do not care about customers after the purchase. After doing some research, there are multiple other bathroom remodel companies that use the same quality of products as re-bath and actually charge less and have much better reviews after the purchase. Be aware of this company and do not waste your time or money with them!

really regret going with Rebath. I have them currently working on a small downstairs bathroom, extending a shower by removing a closet and installing a new vanity and sink. Initially Josh came out and he stated repairing the wall and painting would be included. Seemed logical, as the other estimates I got also included this and I didn't press further. I skimmed the contract and signed it. Big mistake. I should have carefully read every single line and questioned everything. The next day I did read it more thoroughly and see there's a line item saying customer will do all painting and drywall. Which is strange because as I was signing the contract Josh was telling me to find matching paint for the other walls. I have no interest in painting and drywall so wouldn't have opted to do this myself, in fact I wouldn't have went with Rebath if I had known this wasn't included. Then I notice he hasn't included the option for a niche in the shower that I asked for in addition to 2 corner shelves. I asked him if the niche was going to be included and he said he forgot and would ask production to add it. Fast forward to the install. There is not only no niche, there are no corner shelves either. The teak bench can't be installed because my wall is concrete. They won't paint or drywall because the contract says it's not included. The shower itself looks very nice, Brett and Tyler did a great job, but it's not what I wanted/thought I ordered, and I'm not thrilled about having to either paint and drywall or hiring someone else to finish it. I hired them hoping to have to have the bathroom completed, not "almost" completed. These photos are of the completed bathroom. Basically, Josh sucks. I spent $15k on a shower with no shelves and will be drywalling, painting, and replacing baseboards on my days off.

I am writing this so that if you are thinking about choosing rebath for your bathroom remodel I highly suggest you reconsider. At least in colorado, REBATH boasts a quick easy process which is not the case. First ReBath will send someone out to sell you their product. This person will tell you everything you want to hear bending the truth to make the sale. Then ReBath will tell you it will be 8 to 16 weeks to get your materials in. Don't be fooled its 16 weeks. Then when the time comes to finally start the remodel thats where all the communication breaks down and all the greats things that were sold to you ended up just being a CON. One Red flag is ReBath will not provide a material cost breakdown because “there are alot of other factors and charges including advertising ect”… and its not something ReBath provides. Then when you think it is going to be three days like the advertisement your paying for says, guess again, the glass for your shower will take another month to arrive and ReBath has no problem leaving your bathroom a unusable mess while you wait, so 6 months later your fed up with the false promises and let down by the cheap look of the plastic they put on your walls, you make a complaint, well you will talk to multiple people who will again make false promises then ignore you until its time to pay and play the game of “I didn’t say that” and “well you should have gotten it in writing” making me sound like the incompetent liar. In conclusion ReBath is not hassle free and a quick remodel and in my opinion and from what others are posting a complete CON…

Based on everything, Re Bath deserves zero stars. They did a terrible job on a partial bathroom remodel for our master bedroom-the shower leaked into our basement.

I would like to share the experience of our wonderful adventures with Re bath. The services they provided or one of a kind starting with as you walk into the bathroom the wonderful texturing job they left on the walls after taking down the mirror, takes your eyes away from the fact that the flooring is laid unevenly against the tub. They took extra care not ruin the nostalgia of a 1980s bathroom, if you look through the heater vent you can still see the 1980s tile laid underneath of the brand new flooring. Another advantage of this is it creates an airtight seal that makes the door really hard to shut by being two floors thick. cold outside air can no longer leak underneath the bathroom door and the vent fan efficiency is increased exponentially. The wonderful vanity that was a custom install as the lower drawers bottom has been cut out to ensure a free fitting pipes to the faucet. The last selling point is the partially floating floor of the new tub really makes exercising your ankles a thing of the past. Just get a shower and step around the tub you get to exercise your ankles to maintain stability on an uneven surface. if you want a bathroom with the loving time in quality put into it as Dollar store party toys then I recommend Re bath.

First off they will have a salesman come over to your home, he was very nice. I didn't feel any pressure to have Re-Bath do the work for me. Once I decided to have them do the work I needed to write a deposit check and schedule an install date. The date of the install was roughly 4 weeks out. Re-Bath called multiple times inform me on the status of the install and so forth.
The installers showed up and worked very quickly. My old bathroom was a horrible mess and that's why I was having it redone. In 1 day the guys basically demoed the entire bathroom and hauled away all the material. The 2 installers were pleasant and nice.
The work almost seemed to be completed a little too fast. The caulking work isn't the best. The toilet seemed to be installed about 4 inches over from where it should have been. The trim was just glued on. The drywall work was probably the biggest issue. It was very sloppy. The install forms stated that they would try to match the texture as best as possible. It was not even close and the all the walls should have been just slicked. We sanded them down and painted them but I am still not very happy with the way they look and will need to redo them again myself.
Another issue that I had was that the shower I purchased was supposed to go to the ceiling. Which it did, but the issue was that it was curved so it left this inch gap along the entire top of the shower. It looked really bad. I ended up purchasing some grout and just filling in the entire gap myself.
Currently I am having another issue with the bathroom. The tile on the floor doesn't seem like it is set in anything and was just placed on the floor. At first it seemed a little bouncy and now the grout is cracking, 1 tile has popped up and 1 has cracked from just walking on it. I have put in a call to Re Bath to get them to fix the issue. I will update this once that problem has been resolved.
Overall, they weren't bad but not great. Considering how horrible my previous bathroom was it really didn't take much to make it better. Considering I had to grout, sand, paint and stuff I would say they are a little to expensive for what you get.

Having decided to remodel our bathroom and remove the tub, we wanted a user friendly shower with sliding glass doors. Initially we had difficulty finding a qualified contractor to do the work we desired. Even though Angies didn't have a very good rating for Re-Bath, having observed work they had done we decided to give them a try. A representive from Re-Bath came to our home, listened to what we wanted to do, and gave us an estimate. Although more expensive than what we expected we decided to go ahead based on previous exposure. Although it seemed too long from the initial contact to when materials were available it worked out fine.
Two installers from Re-Bath came to our home ready to install one month later. These two gentlemen worked well with each other, were professional and efficient and completed the job in the one day quarantee. As the work progressed there were questions we asked for clarification and were answered completely to our satisfaction There was on. minor glitch due to misunderstanding about what was desired but this corrected within the week.

Initial meeting very professional, excellent details, all went on timelines explained, installers very courteous, professional, neat. Drip out in one day on total (small) bathroom makeover.

This was a disaster as far as I was concerned. Although they came and walked the job for both the bid and before they started the work, when it came time to install, they didn't think they could relocate the toilet as promised. (In the end they did. but they had taken a deposit from me on the basis that the toilet could be relocated..) They made many mistakes such as roughing in for 2 light fixtures instead of one, they cracked the shower base and tried to cover it up with silicone caulk and didn't tell me about it. They poked a hole though the was of the adjacent room which had just been painted. The quality of the work was poor especially the drywall work. You could see where the old wall was, there were chatter marks in the drywall mud. My painter refused to paint the job until it was fixed. When I complained to the guy who did the work, he said my painter could fix it. When I complained to the owner of Re-Bath, Donald Morse, he proposed that they would just install a new shower base over the old one, even though water gushed up through the crack when it was stepped on.
So I was without the use of the bathroom for three weeks and I had to get Home Depot (who I contracted with) involved. They agreed that the drywall work was terrible, but ReBath's proposed solution initially wouldn't have solved the problem. With Home Depots assistance they agreed to reskim the whole bathroom and retexture it. They had to pull out all the work they did and do it over.
Their measurements for the sliding doors in front of the laundry closet where 12" too short and the custom doors delivered could not be installed. In the end they just cancelled that part of the contract.
After the shower enclosure and base were fixed and re-installed, their "professional" drywall guy came and improved the situation but still the texture job was uneven and not really top notch work. My painter was disgusted and urged me to complain again, but by that time,, I just wanted the use of my bathroom back.
I will never use Rebath again!!! p.s. For this amount of money on a small bathroom, I shouldn't have had to have this awful experience.

these guys are complete crooks. Do not use them. They charge a huge amount of money and the caused my sewer to back up. They shoved a rag down my sewer drain which caused my sewer to back up a couple days after they completed the job. The sewer backed up into my basement shower while I had family visiting on Christmas day. We had to take time to call a plumber to use a drain snake to find the rag used to block the toilet drain while the toilet was out so they could install the tub and surround. They refused to assume any responsibility for the mess and lied about the install process. They did not even follow their own policy for preventing sewer gas from entering the house. Please do not use these guys for anything.

The job was started on or about July 22, 2009. It was supposed to take a couple of days, but we were told by Kane (installer) that the shower door was the wrong size and he would have to order a new one. We were leaving the country the next day. Kane said he would finish the job while we were gone if he could have access to our home. We agreed. That afternoon we inspected the work that had been done. There were places that had been missed when grouting was done. The caulking around the shower pan and in shower seams was sloppy and the old caulking had not been removed. Kane told us that the old caulking would not come off. One of the lights above the vanity was not center on the wall. there was a hole in the back of the faucet on the tub. The parts of the shower stall that had been installed were not straight. We left a note for Kane stating these problems. We went on our two week trip and upon our return found that Kane had indeed come back while we were away to finish the job. To our horror, the shower stall was completely out of alignment, the places that had been missed when grouted were filled with caulk and non paintable caulking was used on the tiles at the top of the shower, the mirrors were installed with a gap in the center and to top it all off they had already charged us for the final payment without our approval or actually finishing the project. We were told we would receive a refund of the final payment until the job was completed and it never happened. I called and a few days later Kane and his manager came to look at the job. Both agreed that the shower stall would be replaced. The issue with the caulking used instead of grout was fixed. There was nothing they could do about the non paintable caulk and they were going to see what they could do about the mirrors. I had assurances from Mike Allen that the job would be completed to our satisfaction, but it was obvious to us that Kane did not have the skills to complete the job properly. After Kane didn't show up and the new shower install was delayed I called his boss Bill Heath and told them not to bother showing up we would do it ourselves to make sure it was right. So I removed both the new and old caulking and recaulked. My husband and I fixed the problem with the mirrors as best we could (the lights were installed right on top of the mirrors and impossible to move). The next day the new shower was installed and it was correct. We were not impressed with the quality of work or the materials that were used with the exception of the sinks and counter top. What a sloppy job!

What should have been a two day project turned into a five week fiasco. We had no problems with the workers as they were polite, worked well together and cleaned up after themselves. However, they arrived both days without the shower doors or frames. This left us without the use of one for one week and three weeks for the other until they arrived. When they did bring the first door over it was the wrong type of glass. Additionally, one of the shower walls that they installed was extremely wavy. The manager (Steve) was contacted about these problems and failed to show up for an agreed upon meeting to review the work which prompted us to send a certified letter to his office requesting action. After numerous trips the doors were finally installed although one frame was partially put in backwards and off kilter preventing the door from closing. The wavy wall and frame were finally looked at on August 24, 2007 although the frame is still noticeably askew by 1/2 inch.

Wonderful, on time, professional, finished in time promised. Had one small problem, they came out immediately to repair. Comparison shopped & price was not the lowest, but liked their attitude better.
