They came out one morning, on time, and placed the mouse poison through out the house. The process took about 45 minutes. The were responsive to questions and were pleasant and knowledgeable.

The technician was professional and explained everything. He arrived promptly, took care of business efficiently, swept up the dead bugs, and left things clean and neat. He also took the small ant traps, etc. that I had tried to use so that they could be disposed of properly.
He wondered if I had heard of the company through my neighbor who had used them recently to get rid of bats that were in their attic. I hadn't talked with the neighbor, but have since learned that they were pleased.
