They did a great job!

Since I had no idea what to purchase, they gave me several models to choose from with lots of information about each.  They did not try to steer me to any particular model.  They also gave me websites to check out the different models.  The electrician was on time, neat, pleasant, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after the work was completed.  I would definitely recommend them.  The also charged me about $60 less than the quoted price saying it was an easier install than they predicted it would be.  Very professional service.

Randy and Caleb were exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. They were always on time. The fans they installed look great and function perfectly with no wobble or noise. During their first visit, we asked about replacing lighting in the kitchen. They made several suggestions that I will be using in the near future. They also showed me a great upgrade to an old can light. They replaced it with a new LED enclosed can that is much brighter and cleaner than the old. For that they only charged for the light. In every case they were very amenable to looking at other work we were considering. If it was a small job and they had time, they completed the extra work while they were here to save us an additional trip charge.

I can't say enough about how great these guys were to work with. I highly recommend them for any electrical work.

It went perfectly.  They came out to prepare an estimate, listened to all of my concerns and work requests, thoroughly inspected everything they would be working on and clearly outlined the total project from start to finish with pricing (which is exactly what it ended up costing when the work was complete).  The pricing was very fair and reasonable, the work was top-notch, they arrived on time, and got right to work.  Very pleasant and funny guys - felt very comfortable having them in my home and could not have been happier with the work they did.  I will use them for all of my future electrical needs and highly recommend them to everyone!  They are a wonderful local company run by people who do great work and really care about the work they do. Their work comes with a great warranty that I don't think I'll ever need to use because they did such a wonderful job! :)

I called Randy to have someone come and check to see why I had no electricity to my air conditioning unit that evening.  I needed someone that night in order to get the heating and cooling people back the next day.  Within an hour Randy and his father were there and fixed the problem along with getting rid of a wasp nest in my circuit breaker box.  This was all done in less than an hour.  They were very professional and efficient. Very fair price.

I just moved into a fixer-upper and needed to do a complete remodel on a detached workshop.  The previous owners cut the old panel out of the workshop, and all the old electrical had to be removed (wires were cut to the shop lights; none of the previous wiring could be used).  I worked with a friend on all the drywall and the flooring, and I contacted RAD Electrical Services to do the electrical.  Randy was great!  Very friendly on the phone; very friendly in person; very punctual on every day that he was scheduled to work on my property.  I am the inquisitive type, and he gladly answered all of my questions.  Randy and Darryl (I think that's where the R - A - D comes from) were both a pleasure to have around (two-man team, father and son), and I'm very confident that they did quality work while at my home.  I feel I got a great value for my money.  They worked hard every moment they were at my home; no lolly-gagging or milking the clock.  I was so happy with their service, knowledge, and expertise that when I felt I needed an electrical inspection of my other dwelling, I didn't even think twice before calling them again in March of 2012.  They didn't disappoint this second time, either.  They rewired many outlets in my home that had been previously installed by a do-it-yourself-er who apparently didn't have the same high standards of RAD Electrial Services.  Next time I need electrical services, I will be calling RAD again!
