Sad to say that Raco did a $45000 asphalt job for our HOA with a 1 year warranty and not only are there problems, but they won?t contact us back to discuss the issues. Now have a complaint with BBB and they won?t call them back either. They have not honored their own work or contract.

I worked with Jose Esparza and had a great experience. Jose was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The RACO team did a great job. They excavated areas to expand my driveway, repaved the existing 250â driveway, re-sloped it to provide better drainage, cleaned the area and ensured I was completely satisfied before they left. We love our new driveway and will be calling Jose to have it sealed this summer. I definitely recommend them.

Completed removal of old driveway, new driveway and two new sidewalks in one day. Concrete looks great, they cleaned up the mess and am very happy with the work. They missed a sprinkler head so had to come back and fix, but they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Brandon always answers when I called and they were prompt and fixed the issue perfectly. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

They were able to take the rough idea of what I wanted done and turn it into a very nice and appealing finished project. The area was cleaned up afterwards and they communicated how long I should keep vehicles off of the drive to ensure it settle. Then advised me about what future maintenance would be needed.

Communication was great, work was great, they did everything I asked and more. The bid was very reasonable for the amount of work done. They crack sealed, patched pot holes, top coated and painted stripes for parking and fire lanes.

RACO Services re-paved my driveway, four months ago. They did not level it properly, and now it has huge puddles in the middle of the driveway, after rain/snow/etc. In addition, the asphalt is flaking off and degrading to the point that many places they paved are now sloughed off to the original layer they paved over. They told me they would come fix it, but four months down the road, and they have yet to take care of me. They have failed to show up as promised, they commit but do not deliver, and now they do not even answer my phone calls. I have been to the two locations they show on the internet, and one is an apartment building, and the other is an abandoned house. This is NOT a legit company -- it is a total scam. PLEASE avoid doing business with RACO. It will save you a lot of misery.

RACO gave us an honest bid, a reasonable window of time for our project. They carefully excavated around a tree to add a turn around to our driveway. They showed up, worked hard, cleaned up and did a great job!

RACO did an excellent job of resurfacing our parking lot. Great customer service and responsiveness to what we needed.
